      <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman',serif; font-size:20.0pt; color:#002060; ">Ông Giona buồn bực quá  sức và giận dữ, ông cầu nguyện cùng Chúa rằng: &quot;Lạy Chúa, chớ thì chẳng  phải như lời con đã cầu xin khi con còn ở quê nhà con sao? Bởi đó con lo trốn  sang Tharsê: vì con biết Chúa là Thiên Chúa khoan nhân, từ bi, nhẫn nhục, đầy  tình thương và tha thứ tội ác. Lạy Chúa, giờ đây xin Chúa cất linh hồn con ra  khỏi con, vì thà con chết còn hơn là sống&quot;. Chúa liền hỏi rằng:  &quot;Ngươi có nghĩ là ngươi giận đúng không?&quot;</span></p>
      <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman',serif; font-size:20.0pt; color:#002060; ">Ông Giona ra khỏi  thành phố và ngồi ở phía đông thành phố; ông tự dựng một cái lều, và ngồi dưới  bóng nó, chờ xem biến cố sẽ xảy ra trong thành. Chúa là Thiên Chúa khiến một  dây dưa mọc lên khỏi đầu ông Giona, rợp bóng trên đầu ông, che mát cho ông (vì  ông mệt mỏi); nhờ dây dưa đó, ông Giona rất hân hoan vui mừng. Sáng sớm hôm  sau, Thiên Chúa khiến một con sâu cắn dây dưa, và nó ra khô héo. Khi mặt trời  mọc lên, Chúa khiến cơn gió nóng thổi lên và mặt trời giọi xuống đầu ông Giona,  ông nóng nực và xin cho mình chết mà rằng: &quot;Thà con chết đi còn hơn là  sống&quot;.</span></p>
      <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman',serif; font-size:20.0pt; color:#002060; ">Chúa phán cùng ông  Giona rằng: &quot;Ngươi có nghĩ ngươi giận vì dây dưa là đúng không?&quot; Ông  thưa: &quot;Ðúng, con giận cho đến chết (đi được!)&quot; Chúa phán: &quot;Ngươi  buồn bực vì dây dưa mà ngươi không mất công vun trồng, không làm cho nó mọc  lên, đêm nay nó mọc lên và đêm sau nó khô héo. Chớ thì Ta không tha thứ cho  Ninivê, một thành phố rộng lớn, trong đó có trên một trăm hai mươi ngàn người  chưa biết phân biệt tay tả tay hữu mình thế nào, và nhiều súc vật sao?&quot;</span></p>

Nguyện  cho bầy tôi Chúa được hân hoan, vì lạy Chúa, con vươn hồn lên tới Chúa. - Ðáp.</span></p>

Vì Ngài cao cả và làm nên những điều kỳ diệu; duy một mình Ngài là Thiên Chúa.  - Ðáp.</span></p>

Khi Người cầu nguyện xong, có một môn đệ thưa Người rằng:  &quot;Lạy Thầy, xin dạy chúng con cầu nguyện như Gioan đã dạy môn đệ ông&quot;.  Người nói với các ông: &quot;Khi các con cầu nguyện, hãy nói:</span></p>
      <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman',serif; font-size:20.0pt; color:#002060; ">&quot;Lạy Cha, nguyện  danh Cha cả sáng. Nước Cha trị đến. Xin Cha cho chúng con hôm nay lương thực  hằng ngày. Và tha nợ chúng con, như chúng con cũng tha mọi kẻ có nợ chúng con.  Xin chớ để chúng con sa chước cám dỗ&quot;.</span></p>

      <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman',serif; font-size:20.0pt; color:#002060; ">Kinh Lạy Cha là lời  cầu nguyện tuyệt vời nhất vì đã được chính Ðức Giêsu dạy cho chúng ta. Còn gì  hạnh phúc bằng chúng ta gọi Thiên Chúa là Cha!</span></p>
      <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman',serif; font-size:20.0pt; color:#002060; ">Khi đã ở trong tương  quan Cha-con thì trước hết, chúng ta phải nghĩ đến danh Cha và Nước Cha. Còn  nhu cầu của chính chúng ta chắc chắn Cha chúng ta sẽ lo. Tuy nhiên chúng ta  cũng trình bày lên Cha những nhu cầu của chúng ta trong cuộc sống và những sự  thiếu thốn, khó khăn của chúng ta, trong sự khiêm tốn và phó thác.</span></p>
      <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman',serif; font-size:20.0pt; color:#002060; ">&nbsp;</span></p>

      <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman',serif; font-size:20.0pt; color:#002060; ">Lạy Chúa Giêsu, Chúa  đã dạy cho chúng con biết phải cầu nguyện thế nào cho đẹp lòng Cha. Xin giúp  chúng con biết siêng năng cầu nguyện với tâm tình con thảo, đơn sơ và phó thác  tất cả trong tay Cha. Ðể từ cuộc sống cầu nguyện và kết hợp liên lỉ với Cha,  chúng con sẽ được Cha nhận lời và ban cho chúng con lương thực, sự sống và hạnh  phúc vĩnh cửu. Amen.</span></p>
