<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman',serif; font-size:20.0pt; color:#002060; ">Anh em thân mến, có nhiều người làm tư tế (của Giao Ước cũ), vì lẽ sự chết ngăn trở họ tồn tại lâu bền. Còn Ðức Kitô, vì lẽ Người tồn tại đời đời, nên Người có một chức tư tế hằng hữu. Bởi đó, Người có thể cứu độ cách vĩnh viễn những ai nhờ Người mà đến với Thiên Chúa, vì Người hằng sống để chuyển cầu cho chúng ta.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman',serif; font-size:20.0pt; color:#002060; ">Phải, vì chúng ta cần một vị Thượng tế thánh thiện, vô tội, tinh tuyền, tách biệt khỏi kẻ tội lỗi và đã được nâng cao trên các tầng trời. Người không cần phải như các tư tế hằng ngày dâng lên của lễ trước là đền tội lỗi mình, sau là đền tội lỗi dân chúng, vì Người làm việc ấy chỉ có một lần khi hiến dâng chính mình. Vì Lề luật thì đặt những người yếu đuối làm tư tế, còn lời thề có sau Lề luật thì đặt Người Con hoàn hảo làm Thượng tế đến muôn đời.</span></p>

Thầy dạy phải lẽ khi nói Thiên Chúa là Chúa duy nhất và ngoài Người chẳng có Chúa nào khác nữa. Mến Chúa hết lòng, hết trí khôn, hết sức mình, và yêu tha nhân như chính mình thì hơn mọi lễ vật toàn thiêu và mọi lễ vật hy sinh".</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman',serif; font-size:20.0pt; color:#002060; ">Thấy người ấy tỏ ý kiến khôn ngoan, Chúa Giêsu bảo: "Ông không còn xa Nước Thiên Chúa bao nhiêu". Và không ai dám hỏi Người thêm điều gì nữa.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman',serif; font-size:20.0pt; color:#002060; ">Các câu hỏi của người kinh sư trong bài Tin Mừng là một vấn đề nan giải của người Do Thái bấy giờ. Họ phân luật thành 612 điều khác nhau: 248 điều phải thi hành và 365 điều cấm. Vì giới luật quá nhiều, nên họ không thể xác định được đâu là điều chính yếu và quan trọng nhất. Ðức Giêsu đã cho họ câu trả lời thật chính đáng và đồng thời chứng tỏ Ngài là Chúa của Lề Luật. Ngài tuyên bố: tất cả các giới luật đều qui về hai điều chính: mến Chúa - yêu người. Hai điều luật này không thể tách rời nhau.</span></p>

Ai trong chúng con cũng biết điều ấy, nhưng chưa thực hành hay chỉ làm một cách máy móc hình thức. Xin Chúa giúp chúng con hiểu sâu xa lời dạy của Chúa và đem thi hành một cách cụ thể trong đời sống. Amen.</span></p>
