<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman',serif; font-size:18.0pt; color:#0033CC; ">Trong những ngày ấy, Chúa ngự xuống trong đám mây, và phán cùng Môsê, đồng thời lấy thần trí trong Môsê mà phân phát cho bảy mươi vị bô lão. Khi Thần Trí ngự trên các ông, các ông liền nói tiên tri, và về sau các ông không mất ơn ấy.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman',serif; font-size:18.0pt; color:#0033CC; ">Vậy có hai vị ở lại trong lều trại, một người tên là El-đad, và người kia tên là Mê-đad. Thần Trí đã ngự trên hai ông: vì hai ông được ghi tên vào sổ, nhưng không đến ở trong nhà xếp. Khi hai ông nói tiên tri trong lều trại, thì có đứa trẻ chạy đến báo tin cho ông Môsê rằng: "El-đad và Mê-đad đang nói tiên tri trong lều trại". Tức thì Giosuê, con ông Nun, tuỳ tùng của ông Môsê, và là kẻ được chọn trong số đông người, liền thưa rằng: "Hỡi ông Môsê, xin hãy cấm chỉ các ông ấy đi". Ông Môsê đáp lại rằng: "Ngươi phân bì giùm ta làm chi? Chớ gì toàn dân được nói tiên tri và Chúa ban Thần Trí Người cho họ".</span></p>

Nhưng Chúa Giêsu phán: "Ðừng ngăn cấm y, vì chẳng ai có thể nhân danh Thầy mà làm phép lạ, rồi liền đó lại nói xấu Thầy. Ai chẳng chống đối các con, là ủng hộ các con. Ai nhân danh Thầy mà cho các con một ly nước vì lẽ các con thuộc về Ðấng Kitô, Thầy bảo thật các con: kẻ đó sẽ không mất phần thưởng đâu. Nhưng nếu kẻ nào làm cớ vấp phạm cho một trong những kẻ bé mọn có lòng tin Thầy, thà buộc thớt cối xay vào cổ người ấy mà xô xuống biển thì hơn.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman',serif; font-size:18.0pt; color:#0033CC; ">"Nếu tay con nên dịp tội cho con, hãy chặt tay đó đi: thà con mất một tay mà được vào cõi sống, còn hơn là có đủ hai tay mà phải vào hoả ngục, trong lửa không hề tắt. Và nếu chân con làm dịp tội cho con, hãy chặt chân đó đi: thà con mất một chân mà được vào cõi sống, còn hơn là có đủ hai chân mà phải ném xuống hoả ngục. Và nếu mắt con làm dịp tội cho con, hãy móc mắt đó đi, thà con còn một mắt mà vào nước Thiên Chúa, còn hơn là có đủ hai mắt mà phải ném xuống hoả ngục, nơi mà dòi bọ rúc rỉa nó không hề chết và lửa không hề tắt".</span></p>

Ðó là người sống theo tinh thần của Ngài. Tinh thần ấy được Ðức Giêsu nhấn mạnh trong bài Tin Mừng hôm nay:</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman',serif; font-size:18.0pt; color:#0033CC; ">- Không kỳ thị chia bè phái. Vì chân lý không độc quyền thuộc về một người nào.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman',serif; font-size:18.0pt; color:#0033CC; ">- Vì danh Ðức Giêsu, một công việc nhỏ mọn cũng có giá trị.</span></p>
