<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman',serif; font-size:20.0pt; color:#002060; ">Ngày ấy, có lệnh của hoàng đế Cêsarê Augustô ban ra, truyền cho khắp nơi phải làm sổ kiểm tra. Đây là cuộc kiểm tra đầu tiên, thực hiện thời Quirinô làm thủ hiến xứ Syria. Mọi người đều lên đường trở về quê quán mình. Giuse cũng rời thị trấn Nadarét, trong xứ Galilêa, trở về quê quán của Đavít, gọi là Bêlem, vì Giuse thuộc hoàng gia và là tôn thất dòng Đavít, để khai kiểm tra cùng với Maria, bạn người, đang có thai.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman',serif; font-size:20.0pt; color:#002060; ">Sự việc xảy ra trong lúc ông bà đang ở đó, là Maria đã tới ngày mãn nguyệt khai hoa, và bà đã hạ sinh con trai đầu lòng. Bà bọc con trẻ trong khăn vải và đặt nằm trong máng cỏ, vì hai ông bà không tìm được chỗ trong hàng quán.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman',serif; font-size:20.0pt; color:#002060; ">Bấy giờ trong miền đó có những mục tử đang ở ngoài đồng và thức đêm để canh giữ đoàn vật mình. Bỗng có thiên thần Chúa hiện ra đứng gần bên họ, và ánh quang của Thiên Chúa bao toả chung quanh họ, khiến họ hết sức kinh sợ. Nhưng thiên thần Chúa đã bảo họ rằng: "Các ngươi đừng sợ, đây ta mang đến cho các ngươi một tin mừng đặc biệt, đó cũng là tin mừng cho cả toàn dân: Hôm nay Chúa Kitô, Đấng Cứu Thế, đã giáng sinh cho các ngươi trong thành của Đavít. Và đây là dấu hiệu để các ngươi nhận biết Người: Các ngươi sẽ thấy một hài nhi mới sinh, bọc trong khăn vải và đặt nằm trong máng cỏ".</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman',serif; font-size:20.0pt; color:#002060; ">Và bỗng chốc, cùng với các thiên thần, có một số đông thuộc đạo binh thiên quốc đồng thanh hát khen Chúa rằng: "Vinh danh Thiên Chúa trên các tầng trời, và bình an dưới thế cho người thiện tâm".</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman',serif; font-size:20.0pt; color:#002060; ">Thánh Luca là một sử gia công giáo thực thụ. Người đặt biến cố giáng sinh trong biến cố lịch sử của đế quốc La Mã: Thời Ông Quirinô là thủ hiến xứ Syria, có lệnh của hoàng đế Caesarê Augustô truyền khắp nơi phải kiểm tra dân sô...</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman',serif; font-size:20.0pt; color:#002060; ">Chúa Giêsu sinh ra có quê quán, có hộ tịch, có dòng dõi thuộc hoàng tộc Đavit... (Thời đó chưa có lịch nên chưa thể ghi ngày, tháng, năm sinh...)</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman',serif; font-size:20.0pt; color:#002060; ">2/ Chúa Giêsu về phương diện loài người, là nhân vật lịch sử, được xác định bởi thời gian và không gian cụ thể, rõ ràng, khác hẳn các nhân vật thần thoại hoàn toàn do trí tưởng tượng của con người tạo ra, thí dụ nữ thần Venus (Thần sắc đẹp) giáng sinh trong ngọn sóng lớn, một người nữ tuyệt đẹp bỗng xuất hiện đứng trong lòng một vỏ sò thật lớn lướt trên mặt biển cả...</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman',serif; font-size:20.0pt; color:#002060; ">3/ Ngoài những bằng chứng của các tông đồ và các tín hữu đương thời để lại, các sử gia uy tín của đế quốc La Mã cũng để lại bút tích làm chứng cho Chúa Giêsu: Sử gia Tacitus (56- 117) trong sách niên giám. Sử gia Suêtôn (69- 125) trong sách Đời Clauđê. Sử gia Pline de Jeune (61- 112) trong thơ gởi Hoàng đế Trajan... đều xác nhận đại khái:</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman',serif; font-size:20.0pt; color:#002060; ">'Đức Giêsu Kitô đã bị Philatô giết, được các tín hữu tin theo, coi là lãnh tụ và được ca tụng như một vị Thiên Chúa. ”</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman',serif; font-size:20.0pt; color:#002060; ">4/ Ngày nay cả thế giới lấy năm Chúa Giáng Sinh là "Năm 1”. Phân đôi dòng lịch sử nhân loại thành hai phía: Trước Công Nguyên và Sau Công Nguyên.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman',serif; font-size:20.0pt; color:#002060; ">5/ Nếu ai chứng minh được: "Chúa Giêsu không phải nhân vật lịch sử” thì toàn bộ Giáo Lý của Chúa bị phế bỏ và tất cả những tín hữu Kitô là những người ngu si dại dột hơn hết mọi người...</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;line-height:200%;"><span style="font-family:'Times New Roman',serif; font-size:20.0pt; color:#002060; ">6/ Sinh con đầu lòng. Thánh Luca nhắc tới luật trong Sách Xuất Hành: Mọi Con Trai Đầu Lòng Thuộc về Thiên Chúa, (không hàm chứa còn các con khác nữa).</span></p>
