<font size="4">Trong khi đó, “Thánh lễ Mùng Hai Tết” hướng chúng ta về
tổ tiên, ông bà, cha mẹ là những đấng cộng tác với Thiên Chúa để sinh
thành, dưỡng dục chúng ta thành người (Lời nguyện nhập lễ). Trong ý
hướng kính nhớ tổ tiên và ông bà cha mẹ của “Thánh lễ Mùng Hai Tết” thì
việc tưởng nhớ và cầu nguyện cho những người đã khuất chỉ là một phần vì
đây không hẳn là ngày của người quá cố/ chỉ tập trung vào những người đã
ly trần. Phần còn lại, lớn hơn và quan trọng hơn chính là giáo huấn của
Hội Thánh liên quan đến đạo hiếu dành cho những người đang sống như một
hình thái của sự thực hành đức tin đích thực: không được sống dựa vào
truyền thống mà huỷ bỏ lời Thiên Chúa:</font></span><i style="box-sizing: border-box"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; border-radius: 0px !important"><font size="4"> “Ngươi

thư (Hiếu lớn nhất là tôn vinh cha mẹ, hai là không làm nhục cha mẹ, ba
là có thể phụng dưỡng cha mẹ) vì những lời răn dạy này hoàn toàn phù hợp
với thông điệp của Bài Tin Mừng ngày lễ Mùng Hai Tết nói riêng và tinh

lắm nếu chọn cử hành “Thánh lễ Mùng Hai Tết” tại nghĩa trang/ đất thánh
Công giáo. Hơn nữa, trong một cử hành đặc biệt khá long trọng như “Thánh
lễ Mùng Hai Tết”, cùng với bản văn phụng vụ của “Thánh lễ Mùng Hai Tết”,
chúng ta được phép và rất nên hát kinh Vinh Danh (QCSL [1970] số 31; </font></span><i style="box-sizing: border-box"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; border-radius: 0px !important"><font size="4">Notitiae</font></span></i><span style="box-sizing: border-box; border-radius: 0px !important"><font size="4"> 6
[1970] 263, no. 33; (QCSL [2002] số 53). Nhưng nếu hát kinh Vinh Danh
ngay tại nghĩa trang thì thật là bất thường (QCSL 53). Dường như cũng
bất thường không kém khi vào dịp Tết Nguyên Đán, chúng ta lại không theo
chỉ dẫn của Lịch Những Ngày Lễ Công Giáo mà đổi sang cử hành “Thánh lễ
cầu cho các tín hữu đã qua đời” tại nghĩa trang với lễ phục tím (QCSL
355, 381, 346), và nếu còn lôi cả bộ lễ mồ/cầu hồn ra hát vào dịp này
nữa thì thật là thảm họa. Sự thay đổi bài lễ/ áo lễ/ nơi cử hành Thánh
lễ như thế thực sự là không cần thiết và không thuộc ý định của Hội
Thánh. </font></span></font></h4>

nhiều nơi tiến hành cử hành “Thánh lễ Mùng Hai Tết” với bản văn phụng vụ
của “Thánh lễ Mùng Hai Tết” tại nhà thờ vào buổi sáng. Còn vào buổi
chiều thì cử hành Thánh lễ tại nghĩa trang với bản văn phụng vụ và bài
đọc Sách Thánh của “Thánh lễ cầu cho các tín hữu đã qua đời”. Tuy nhiên,
sáng kiến/ thực hành này nên tránh vì đụng phải hai vấn đề: </font></span><b style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: 700"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; border-radius: 0px !important"><font size="4">[i]</font></span></b><span style="box-sizing: border-box; border-radius: 0px !important"><font size="4"> Thứ

tất yếu chúng ta nên cử hành Thánh lễ với đúng áo lễ màu trắng/ áo vàng,
đúng bản văn phụng vụ và đúng bài đọc Kinh Thánh riêng của ngày lễ Mùng
Hai Tết vốn được soạn thảo và quy định chỉ để sử dụng một ngày trong
năm. Điều này có nghĩa là không được thay thế áo lễ/ bài lễ/ bài đọc của
Thánh lễ Mùng Hai Tết; cũng không được “trộn lẫn” theo kiểu mặc áo tím

“Thánh lễ cầu cho các tín hữu đã qua đời” tại nghĩa trang nhiều lần khác
nữa trong năm phụng vụ mỗi khi cần thiết. Hơn nữa, ngày nào chúng ta

Chúa cũng nhớ đến anh chị em chúng con đang an nghỉ trong niềm hy vọng
