hiệp thфng (2023); Thъc đẩy sự tham gia đời sống Giбo hội (2024) vа Cщng
nhau loan bбo Tin Mừng (2025). </span></p>

Chъng tфi ghi nhận sự hưởng ứng nhiệt tмnh của mọi thаnh phần Dвn Chъa
để củng cố sự hiệp thфng với Chъa, thể hiện qua việc học hỏi Lời Chъa vа
những chấn chỉnh kỷ luật Phụng vụ, nhất lа Phụng vụ Thбnh Thể; vа củng
cố tмnh hiệp thфng huynh đệ, thể hiện qua đời sống hiệp nhất cộng đoаn
vа qua những hoạt động bбc бi thiết thực. Qua thư nаy, chъng tфi đề nghị
anh chị em tiếp tục sống tмnh hiệp thфng, đồng thời mời gọi anh chị em
thực hiện chương trмnh đг đề ra cho năm 2024 lа Thъc đẩy sự tham gia đời

Tаi liệu lаm việc của Thượng HĐGM thế giới lần thứ XVI nкu rх: “Bн tнch
Rửa tội tạo ra một sự đồng trбch nhiệm thực sự giữa tất cả cбc phần tử
của Giбo hội, được thể hiện qua sự tham gia của tất cả mọi người vаo sứ
vụ vа qua việc xвy dựng cộng đoаn Giбo hội tщy theo đặc sủng của mỗi
người” (số 20).</span></p>

Đức Thбnh Cha Phanxicф nhấn mạnh: “Tất cả những người đг được rửa tội
đều được mời gọi tham gia vаo đời sống vа sứ vụ của Giбo hội. Nếu khфng
cу sự tham gia thực sự của Dвn Chъa, nуi về hiệp thфng cу nguy cơ chỉ
cтn lа một ước vọng đạo đức… Trao quyền cho mọi người tham gia lа một
bổn phận thiết yếu của Giбo hội!” (Diễn từ khai mạc Thượng HĐGM thế

2 - Tầm quan trọng của sự tham gia</span></p>

Như anh chị em đг biết, Giбo hội cфng giбo hoаn vũ đang cử hаnh Thượng

tới một Giбo hội hiệp hаnh: Hiệp thфng, Tham gia vа Sứ vụ. Trong tiến
trмnh chuẩn bị Thượng Hội đồng, mọi thаnh phần Dвn Chъa đều được mời gọi</span><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; color: black; background: white"> </span><span style="font-size: 15.0pt; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; color: black; background: white">nуi

diện cho Dвn Chъa tại Việt Nam, đуng gуp э kiến trong tinh thần đồng
trбch nhiệm vа hiệp thфng sвu xa với Giбo hội hoаn vũ.</span></p>

Tại Việt Nam, do hoаn cảnh lịch sử, cщng với những khу khăn trong đời

Một cбch cụ thể, chъng tфi muốn nhắn nhủ vа mời gọi anh chị em nhiệt
tмnh vа chủ động tham gia xвy dựng Giбo hội ngay chнnh nơi mмnh đang
sống vа lаm việc.</span></p>

tế cộng đồng do Bн tнch Rửa tội. Cả hai chức tư tế, theo cбch thức riкng
của mмnh, đều tham dự vаo chức tư tế duy nhất của Đức Kitф. Do đу, cбc
chủ chăn cу chức thбnh phải nhмn nhận vа phбt huy phẩm giб vа trбch

cũng nкn khuyến khнch vа tạo điều kiện để họ đảm nhận những cфng việc do

Cбc linh mục cần tổ chức những lớp đаo tạo giбo dвn, giъp họ hiểu đъng
về vai trт, bổn phận, ơn gọi vа sứ mạng của họ trong Giбo hội.</span><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; color: black; background: white"> </span><span style="font-size: 15.0pt; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; color: black; background: white">Tại
cбc giбo xứ, linh mục vа tu sĩ khфng kiкm nhiệm hết mọi việc thay thế
giбo dвn, nhưng hướng dẫn vа đồng hаnh để giъp họ chu toаn ba chức năng
của Bн tнch Thanh tẩy.</span></p>

của xг hội, như muối vа бnh sбng giữa đời. Anh chị em hгy sống đъng vа
phбt huy đặc sủng của mмnh, đồng thời cộng tбc với cбc linh mục giбo
phận, củng cố đời sống đức tin nơi cбc tнn hữu vа tнch cực dấn
thвn trong những hoạt động bбc бi vа xг hội như chъng ta đang lаm, gуp
phần lаm toả sбng hмnh ảnh Đức Kitф trong xг hội hфm nay.</span></p>

cбc linh mục vа tu sĩ nam nữ, đối với sứ mệnh của Giбo hội. Anh chị em
khфng những thuộc về Giбo hội mа lа Giбo hội (x. Christifideles laici,
số 9). Do đу, hгy nhiệt thаnh tham gia vа cộng tбc chặt chẽ với cбc linh

vụ, thаnh viкn của cбc hiệp hội vа hội đoаn, cần cу đời sống nội tвm vа
học hỏi giбo huấn của Giбo hội để tham gia</span><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; color: black; background: white"> </span><span style="font-size: 15.0pt; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; color: black; background: white">cбc
sinh hoạt với tinh thần siкu nhiкn, tнch cực nhiệt thаnh mа vẫn luфn

sản ấy cho cбc thế hệ tương lai. Xin anh chị em cщng với chъng tфi, theo

lịch sử loan bбo Tin Mừng tại Việt Nam, về gương anh hщng của cбc bậc
Tiền nhвn, qua đу chъng ta dвng lời tạ ơn Chъa, nguyện bước tiếp thế hệ
đi trước, viết lкn những trang sử hаo hщng của Giбo hội, dấn thвn lаm
chứng cho Chъa vа gуp phần xвy dựng Quк hương an bмnh, thịnh vượng.</span></p>
