trong tổng giбo phận vаo năm 2017, chưa đầy một năm sau khi ngаi trở
thаnh Giбm Mục Phụ Tб. Vаo thời điểm đу, ngаi nуi sẽ xem xйt điều đу,
nhưng cảnh bбo rằng ngаi sẽ khфng thъc đẩy điều nаy trừ khi họ sẵn sаng
ủng hộ giбo xứ về mặt tаi chнnh. Phản hồi của giбo dвn Việt Nam lа yкu
cầu Đức Cha O'Connell chнnh thức thаnh lập một giбo xứ vа họ sẵn sаng hỗ
trợ tаi chнnh cho giбo xứ đу.</span></p>
