diễn ra Thánh lễ truyền chức Linh mục cho 3 thầy người Iraq.</font></p>

Iraq buộc phải di tản vì Nhà nước Hồi giáo. Ba tân chức được truyền chức cho
Giáo Hội Công giáo Syria, trong một nhà thờ rộng, với sức chứa khoảng 800
người, nhưng đã có 1500 người đến tham dự Thánh lễ truyền chức.</font></p>

năm 2014, các chủng sinh được gửi đến chủng viện Al-Sharfa ở Harissa, Li
băng. Sau khi hoàn thành chương trinh, các chủng sinh trở về Iraq và được
truyền chức phó tế ngày 19/3</font></p>

giáo tấn công vào Qaraqosh, thành phố quê hương của cha Momika; họ đuổi khỏi
thành phố những người không chịu cải sang Hồi giáo, phải đóng thuế hoặc đối
mặt với cái chết. Kỷ niệm 2 năm là một nhắc nhớ cho sự tăm tối và tình trạng
bất ổn ở Iraq, nhưng việc thụ phong Linh mục đã đem lại niềm vui và hy vọng.</font></p>

bom xe buýt chuyên chở các sinh viên Công giáo từ bình nguyên Ninivê đến
trường đại học Mosul, nơi họ theo học.</font></p>

dẫn nhóm phụ nữ ở trại tị nạn Erbil. Cha cho biết cha muốn ở bên những người
tị nạn dù cho nguy hiểm đến mạng sống. Cha muốn mang lại cho các Kitô hữu
sức mạnh, hy vọng và can đản để tiếp tục cuộc sống của họ và ở lại với người
nghèo và người đau khổ; đối với cha, yếu tính của vai trò và ơn gọi của cha
