Các cành lá dừa các bạn trẻ cầm trong cuộc rước lá do các Cộng đoàn Con
đường Tân dự tòng trao tặng; còn các cây và cành ô liu trang trí bàn thờ và
Quảng trường thánh Phêrô do miền Puglie nam Italia tặng. Sau cùng 2 ngàn
cành lá dừa màu vàng được kết bện rất nghệ thuật, do các chính quyền ở thành
phố San Remo và Bordighera và một số tổ chức khác ở miền Liguria trao tặng
theo một truyền thống có từ thế kỷ 16. Các cành lá này được Đức Thánh Cha,
các Hồng Y, Giám Mục, kinh sĩ đoàn Đền thờ Thánh Phêrô và đoàn giúp lễ và
