hành trình, trọng tâm là phục vụ. Người cao cả nhất là người trước nhất phục
vụ, phục vụ tha nhân, chứ không phải là người tự cao tự đắc, tìm kiếm quyền
lực, tiền bạc ... hư ảo và kiêu căng. Không, những người đó không phải là
những người lớn nhất! Sự kiện đã xảy ra trong hàng ngũ các tông đồ, khi bà
mẹ của tông đồ Gioan và Giacôbê đưa các con đến xin được một người ngồi bên
hữu, một bên tả trong vinh quang nước Chúa… là sự kiện xảy ra thường ngày
trong Giáo Hội, trong các cộng đoàn! "Nhưng với chúng ta ai là người lớn
nhất? Trước những tham vọng: đạt các chức vị cao trong xã hội, có quyền lực
trong cộng đồng, giáo xứ hay đoàn thể".</font></p>

lực thì cai trị, còn Chúa Giêsu nhắc nhở chúng ta rằng Ngài đến "để phục vụ"
chứ không phải "để được phục vụ."</font></p>

muốn trần tục tìm kiếm sức mạnh, không phải để phục vụ nhưng để được phục
vụ, nó dẫn tới dèm pha, nói hành nói xấu kẻ khác... Tham vọng và ghen tuông
đưa tới con đường này và cả hai dẫn tới diệt vong. Tất cả chúng ta ý thưc
được điều này. Và sự kiện này xảy ra trong mọi tổ chức của Giáo Hội: trong
các giáo xứ, các trường học, đại học, học viện, ngay cả trong các giáo phận
