Đông Phi cho rằng Giáo hội và chính quyền phải cảnh giác công chúng về tình
trạng thật của việc thờ ma quỷ. Cha đề nghị các môn học về các xã hội tôn
giáo huyền bí và tôn giáo truyền thống của châu Phi. Cha cũng đề nghị các
tín hữu Công giáo cộng tác với bộ Giáo dục Kenya để phát triển chương trình
học và có một đội ngũ tuyên úy và cố vấn sẵn sàng cho tình trạng thách đố
này. </font></p>
