Đức Thánh Cha phải lên tiếng kêu gọi lạc quyên trong các nhà thờ ở Âu Châu
vào Chúa Nhật 24-4 tới đây để cứu trợ.</font></p>

được Đức TGM Claudio Gugerotti, Sứ thần Tòa Thánh tại Ucraina, mang đến và
công bố trong thánh lễ Chúa Nhật phục sinh cử hành tại miền Donetsk ở mạn
đông Ucraina.</font></p>

sống dọc theo con đường phân chia khu vực do chính phủ Ucraina kiểm soát và
2 triệu 700 ngàn người trong những vùng ở ngoài sự kiểm soát của chính phủ.
Có nửa triệu người rất cần được trợ giúp về lương thực.</font></p>

nữ có thai và sinh con, trong khi nguy cơ lan tràn bệnh Sida và lao phổi rất
trầm trọng, thiếu thuốc mê và insulin cho người bị bệnh tiểu đường. Nhiều
cuộc giải phẫu được thực hiện mà không có thuốc mê.</font></p>

người thiếu thuốc men và săn sóc y tế. Có 200 ngàn trẻ em tị nạn trong những
vùng ở Ucraina ngoài khu vực có xung đột.</font></p>

<font face="Arial">Trưa Chúa Nhật 3-4-2016, vào cuối thánh lễ kính Lòng
Thương Xót Chúa tại Quảng trường Thánh Phêrô, Đức Thánh Cha đặc biệt nhắc
đến các dân tộc đang khao khát sự hòa giải và hòa bình hơn ai khác, nhất là
những người đang chịu hậu quả của bạo lực ở Ucraina: những người ở lại trong
những vùng bị xáo trộn vì các hành vi thù nghịch làm cho nhiều ngàn người
chết và hơn 1 triệu người phải đi lánh nạn vì tình trạng trầm trọng kéo dài.
Trong số những người bị liên hệ có những người già và trẻ em. Đức Thánh Cha

cầu nguyện, tôi cảm thấy cần quyết định cổ võ một sự trợ giúp nhân đạo cho
họ. Với mục đích ấy, sẽ có một cuộc lạc quyên đặc biệt trong tất cả các nhà
thờ Công Giáo ở Âu Châu Chúa Nhật 24-4 tới đây. Tôi mời gọi tất cả các tín
