từ hàng chục năm nay, sắp tới đây Trung Quốc sẽ tổ chức một của họp cấp cao
về tôn giáo. Theo nhiều nguồn tin báo chí, Chủ tịch Tập Cận Bình sẽ đích
thân chủ tọa hội nghị. </font></p>

tin của hội Truyền giáo Nước ngoài Paris cho biết, từ lần họp cuối cùng của
Đảng về tôn giáo năm 2001, thì số người Trung Quốc giữ một tôn giáo đã tăng
rất nhiều. Hãng tin Giáo hội Á Châu khẳng định, nếu việc giữ đạo và các công
tác xã hội cụ thể vẫn bị Đảng theo dõi sít sao thì thái độ của các nhà cầm
quyền Trung Quốc đối với tôn giáo gần như rất giao động giữa việc công cụ
hóa theo lợi ích và ngờ vực sâu đậm.</font></p>

tôn giáo thì hiện nay nhà nước đang xem lại các luật lệ về tôn giáo. Viên
chức cao cấp ngang cấp bậc bộ trưởng trong guồng máy Trung Quốc, đã đưa ra
thông tin này vào ngày 10 tháng 11 vừa qua nhân dịp có cuộc họp với các chức
trách tôn giáo.</font></p>

<font face="Arial">Ông Chen Zhongrong cho biết, chính phủ trung ương dự trù
tổ chức cuộc họp năm nay. Một trong các mục đích của cuộc họp là suy nghĩ để
có thể sửa đổi cho tốt hơn các sắc lệnh vừa được ban bố, nhấn mạnh đến việc
đào tạo “ráo riết” các nhà chức trách tôn giáo địa phương.</font></p>

<font face="Arial">Các tài liệu được ban bố hiện nay về tôn giáo là có từ
năm 2005. Đó là bản pháp lý của cuộc họp cấp cao năm 2001. Tuy nhiên kể từ
ngày đó, bộ mặt tôn giáo đã thay đổi. Theo các con số được các nhà lãnh đạo
cấp cao Trung Quốc thông báo, thì Trung Quốc có khoảng 100 triệu tín hữu, 6
triệu người công giáo và 23 triệu tín hữu tin lành. Theo nhà cầm quyền, đây
là con số ước lượng nhưng không đúng vì có nhiều người giữ đạo không khai
báo. Theo Trung tâm thăm dò Mỹ, Pew Research Centre, năm 2010 có đến 58
triệu tín hữu tin lành và 9 triệu tín hữu công giáo, con số này gia tăng 10%
mỗi năm.</font></p>

tiến hành. Từ đầu năm nay, ông Du Chính Thanh (Yu Zhengsheng) đã có nhiều

Đứng trước sự nhấn mạnh này, mà vai trò là giám sát các quan hệ giữa Đảng
cộng sản với tất cả các nhóm của xã hội dân sự không thuộc về Đảng – trong
đó có các tổ chức tôn giáo – chủ tịch Tập Cận Bình đề cập đến vấn đề tôn
giáo mà không nói thêm gì về suy nghĩ của ông trong việc cập nhật hóa quan
điểm chính trị của Đảng về tôn giáo. Khái niệm “Hán hóa” các tôn giáo không
phải là một khái niệm mới nơi các nhà lãnh đạo Trung Quốc, họ muốn tôn giáo

Hội đồng Quốc gia thảo luận. Các giám mục Việt Nam đã cho ý kiến của mình về
dự luật này. Rõ ràng là dự luật này không mang đến hạnh phúc cho dân chúng
nhưng chỉ nhắm để làm thoả mãn các lợi ích của nhà cầm quyền; họ quay lưng
với tự do tín ngưỡng và tôn giáo, khơi lên hoang mang nhiều hơn trong dân
