Hãy tìm Chúa nơi những người khốn cùng nhất.<br>

(EWTN News/CAN). Trong buổi thăm nhà trọ dành cho những người vô gia cư ở
Roma, Đức Giáo Hoàng Phanxicô đã nói rằng sự khiêm hạ của Chúa Giêsu giáng
sinh cho thấy rằng con người có thể tìm gặp Chúa nơi những người nghèo khó.<br>

Đức Giáo Hoàng đã đến ngôi nhà trọ vào ngày 18 tháng 12 để mở Năm Thánh đặc
biệt cho những người vô gia cư trong Năm Thánh của Lòng Thương Xót. Ngài nói
“ Đây là cánh cửa của nhà Chúa. Xin hãy mở cánh cửa công lý. Ôi Lạy Chúa, Vì
lòng thương xót vô biên của Ngài sẽ bước vào ngôi nhà của chúng con.”<br>

Vài giây phút yên lặng sau lời nguyện, Đức Giáo Hoàng bắt đầu Thánh Lễ tại
nhà trọ Termini – gần ga xe lửa John Paul II ở Roma. Có khoảng 200 người đại
diện cho các trung tâm bác ái Caritas ở Roma cùng tham dự thánh lễ<br>

Trong bài giảng không soạn trước của mình, Đức Giáo Hoàng nhấn mạnh rằng
Chúa Giêsu đã không sinh ra như là một hoàng tử trong cung điện. Nhưng Chúa
đã đến trong sự khiêm nhường, đơn sơ như em bé nghèo nơi vùng ngoại ô của Đế
Quốc Roma.<br>
<br>
Theo đài phát thanh Vatican, Đức Giáo Hoàng đã nói rằng :“Đây là bài học cho
chúng ta là phải tìm Chúa ở đâu. Nếu các con muốn tìm gặp Thiên Chúa, hãy
tìm Ngài nơi những kẻ bé mọn, tìm nơi những người người nghèo khó. Hãy tìm
Chúa trong những nơi kín ẩn: trong những người cùng khổ nhất, trong những
người bệnh tật, trong những người đói khát, trong những kẻ bị tù đày,”<br>

“Những chốn cao sang, giàu có, quyển lực chúng ta sẽ chẳng gặp Ngài. Cung
cách của Chúa là thái độ khiêm hạ.”<br>

“Hôm nay chúng ta hãy cầu nguyện cho thành phố Roma, cho những cư dân đang
sống ở Roma, cho mọi người, cho tôi nữa bởi vì Thiên Chúa đã ban cho chúng
ta một ân sủng là biết cảm thấy mình bị loại bỏ vì chúng ta không có bất cứ
công trạng gì . Ngài nói tiếp “ Chỉ có Thiên Chúa mới cho chúng ta lòng
thương xót và mọi ơn lành. Để đáng lãnh nhận ơn sủng Chúa ban, chúng ta phải
đến với những người bị hất hủi, những người nghèo khó và những người khốn
cùng nhất.”<br>

Ngài cũng bày tỏ mong muốn cho một cuộc canh tân đời sống trong dịp Giáng
Sinh này. “Giáng sinh năm nay, tôi cầu chúc cho mọi người được có Chúa sinh
ra trong tâm hồn mình, một nơi sâu kín không cần phô trương,”<br>
<br>
Ngôi nhà trọ dành cho người vô gia cư được đặt tên là Don Luigi Di Leegro,
tên một linh mục người Ý ở thế kỷ 20 và cũng là người sáng lập ra tổ chức
bác ái Caritas của giáo phận Roma.<br>

Năm Thánh Lòng Thương Xót của Giáo Hội Công Giáo được bắt đầu từ ngày 8
tháng 12. Đức Giáo Hoàng đã công bố đây là dịp để tăng cường hành động của
đức tin, bác ái và lòng thương xót.<br>
<br>
Cửa Thánh của giáo phận Roma luôn rộng mở trong Năm Thánh này để cho khách
hành hương có thể đi ngang qua cửa này đễ lãnh ơn toàn xá của Năm Thánh.<br>
<br>
Cửa Năm Thành gồm cả cánh cửa tại nhà trọ cho người vô gia cư. Đức Giáo
Hoàng Phanxico đã mở cửa Năm Thánh tại đền thánh Phêrô, nhà thờ thánh John
Lateran. Đức Hồng Y James Harvey đã mở cửa Thánh tại nhà thờ Thánh Phaolô
Ngoại Thành. Vào ngày 1 tháng 1 năm 2016, Đức Giáo Hoàng Phanxicô sẽ mở cửa
thánh tại nhà thờ Đức Bà Cả.<br>

Đức Giáo Hoàng cũng đã yêu cầu các Giám Mục Công Giáo trên toàn thế giới hãy
mở cửa Năm Thánh tại các nhà thờ được chọn tại các giáo phận của mình.</font></td>
