mục Việt Nam vừa gửi đến các giáo phận nội dung văn thư số Prot. N.
8306/2015/M của Hội đồng Toà Thánh về Mục vụ cho người di dân và lưu động
(PCMI) do Đức hồng y Chủ tịch Antonio Maria Vegliò và Đức cha Tổng thư ký
Joseph Kalathiparambil của PCMI ký, gửi ngày 27 tháng 08 năm 2015. Văn thư
này thông báo chủ đề của Ngày Thế giới Di dân và Tị nạn năm 2016 sẽ được tổ
chức vào Chúa nhật, 17 tháng 01: Người di dân và tị nạn chất vấn chúng ta.

ý 5 nội dung cần chuẩn bị để việc cử hành ngày Thế giới Di dân và Tị nạn
trong Năm Thánh của Lòng Thương Xót không chỉ dừng lại ở khẩu hiệu hoặc tồn
tại như một phong trào thường niên, nhưng trở thành một cử hành đức tin cụ

<font face="Arial">Đối với Hội Thánh Việt Nam, để chuẩn bị cử hành Năm Thánh
Lòng Thương Xót và Năm Tân Phúc-Âm-Hoá đời sống xã hội 2016, Hội đồng Giám
mục đã quyết tâm đồng hành với anh chị em di dân cách cụ thể hơn qua việc ủy
thác cho Ủy ban Mục vụ Di dân nghiên cứu tình hình và soạn thảo “Hướng dẫn
mục vụ di dân” để “tất cả chúng ta có một đường lối chung trong việc phục vụ
anh chị em di dân” và “giúp họ hội nhập vào đời sống của cộng đoàn giáo hội
địa phương” nhằm “trở nên những thành viên tích cực trong việc xây dựng Giáo
Hội” (x. Thư gửi cộng đồng Dân Chúa, HĐGMVN, 2015, số 6).</font></p>

<font face="Arial">Dưới sự hướng dẫn của Đức cha Giuse Nguyễn Chí Linh,
UBMVDD đã bắt đầu triển khai công việc mà Hội đồng Giám mục tin tưởng ủy
thác. Văn phòng UBMVDD đã liên hệ với quý cha đặc trách mục vụ di dân các
giáo phận trong việc khảo sát tình hình và nghiên cứu hiện trang di dân cũng
như liên kết với một số linh mục, tu sĩ, chuyên viên trong và ngoài nước để
soạn thảo tài liệu “Hướng dẫn mục vụ di dân”. Mong rằng nỗ lực của UBMVDD
trong sứ mạng được ủy thác sẽ trở thành dấu chỉ hữu hình của Lòng Chúa
thương xót dành cho anh chị em di dân Việt Nam ở trong và ngoài nước, cũng
như cho anh chị em ngoại kiều đang sinh sống trên đất nước này.</font></p>
