quan điểm trái ngược nhau: nỗi thất vọng mục vụ và niềm cương quyết hy vọng.
Khi Chúa Giêsu trải nghiệm nỗi thất vọng mục vụ của các Tông Đồ, Người nhắc
nhở các vị rằng đối với con người một điều gì đó có thể là không thể, nhưng
đối với Thiên Chúa, mọi điều đều có thể.</font></p>

người nhân bản chúng ta đã làm đại dương và không khí ta thở bị thương tích.
Chúng ta đã chuốc độc thân xác con người bằng các phương tiện ngừa thai. Và
chúng ta đã chật vật để hiểu được chính tính dục của ta. Nhân danh sự thành
toàn cá nhân, ta đã hết sức bận bịu tạo ra một tháp Babel độc tài mới nhằm
nuôi dưỡng các dục vọng của ta nhưng để bỏ đói linh hồn. </font></p>

<font face="Arial">Các đoạn từ 7 tới 10 của Tài Liệu Làm Việc đã làm một
việc tốt là mô tả thân phận gia đình ngày nay. Nhưng nói chung, bản văn phát
sinh một nỗi vô vọng tinh tế. Việc này dẫn tới một tinh thần thỏa hiệp đối
với một số khuôn mẫu sống tội lỗi và giản lược các sự thật Kitô Giáo về hôn
nhân và tính dục chỉ còn là các lý tưởng tươi đẹp, một điều sau đó sẽ dẫn
tới việc từ bỏ sứ mệnh cứu chuộc của Giáo Hội. </font></p>

<font face="Arial">Việc làm của Thượng Hội Đồng này cần chứng tỏ một niềm
tin hơn nữa vào lời Thiên Chúa, vào sức mạnh biến đổi của ơn thánh, và khả
năng con người có thể sống thực điều Giáo Hội tin. Và nó cũng nên tuyên
dương tính anh hùng của những người phối ngẫu bị bỏ rơi mà vẫn trung thành
với các lời tuyên hứa của mình và với giáo huấn của Giáo Hội. </font></p>

<font face="Arial">George Bernanos từng nói rằng đức hy vọng là “thất vọng
bị vượt qua”. Chúng ta không có lý do gì để thất vọng. Chúng ta có mọi lý do
để hy vọng. Đức Giáo Hoàng Phanxicô đã thấy điều này ở Philadelphia. Gần
900,000 người đã đứng chật các đường phố tham dự Thánh Lễ của Đức Giáo Hoàng
nhằm kết thúc Cuộc Gặp Gỡ Các Gia Đình Thế Giới. </font></p>

vì họ tin vào hôn nhân. Họ tin vào gia đình. Và họ đói khát, muốn được nuôi
dưỡng bằng của ăn chân thực từ Vị Đại Diện của Chúa Kitô. </font></p>
