<font face="Arial">Các nỗ lực phổ biến tài liệu của Thượng Hội Đồng năm 2015
có một đặc điểm nổi bật. Tòa Thánh chỉ cung cấp các bản tường trình của các
nhóm nhỏ bằng chính ngôn ngữ của họ. Trong số các hãng tin Công Giáo, dường
như chỉ có ZenitNews phổ biến các bản dịch tiếng Anh cho các bản tường trình
của các nhóm nói tiếng Ý, tuyệt nhiên không cho phổ biến bản dịch tiếng Anh
nào cho các bản tường trình của nhóm nói tiếng Đức. Dường như chỉ có hãng
CNA cung cấp bản dịch tiếng Anh trọn bản tường trình phần hai của nhóm nói
tiếng Đức mà chúng tôi đã dựa vào để chuyển qua tiếng Việt. Về phần thứ ba
của Tài Liệu Làm Việc là phần gây nhiều tranh cãi và được mọi người lưu ý
nhất, thì không thấy bản dịch tiếng Anh nào của bản tường trình của nhóm nói
tiếng Đức cả. Duy tờ NCR có cho dịch sang tiếng Anh phần bản tường trình này
nói về người ly dị và tái hôn.</font></p>

<font face="Arial">Khi cho phổ biến như thế, NCR ngầm cho hiểu: các vị giáo
phẩm Đức đề nghị cho một số người Công Giáo ly dị và tái hôn được rước lễ.
Các vị này gợi ý rằng Giáo Hội có thể dùng điều gọi là “tòa trong” để cho
phép một số người tái hôn được rước lễ trên căn bản tư riêng, từng trường
hợp một sau khi đã được hướng dẫn, khuyên bảo và được các vị linh mục hay
giám mục “cho phép”!</font></p>

<font face="Arial">Điều gây ngạc nhiên hơn nữa là nhóm nói tiếng Đức, vốn
gồm nhiều vị nổi tiếng có các quan điểm chống chọi nhau xưa nay, nhưng đối
với đề xuất trên thì các vị đã hoàn toàn nhất trí. Ai cũng biết nhóm này
ngoài Đức Hồng Y Walter Kasper, người đầu tiên đưa ra sáng kiến “con đường
thống hối” cho người ly dị tái hôn, còn có Đức Hồng Y Gerhard Müller, bộ
trưởng Thánh Bộ Tín Lý, người nổi tiếng bác bỏ con đường thống hối này. Bên
cạnh vị sau còn có Đức Hồng Y Schonborn, học trò cưng của Đức Bênêđíctô XVI
nữa và Đức Tổng Giám Mục Heiner Koch. Vị trước là điều hợp viên và vị sau là
tường trình viên của nhóm. Quả là chuyện lạ khó tin.</font></p>
