<font face="Arial">Trong buổi tiếp kiến ngày 30 tháng 9 với Đức Hồng Y
Angelo Amato Tổng Trưởng Bộ Phong Thánh, Đức Thánh Cha Phanxicô đã được phê
chuẩn các nghị định công nhận việc tử đạo của Cha Valentín Palencia Marquina
và bốn vị khác cùng chịu tử vì đạo với ngài, mở đường cho việc tuyên phong
chân phước cho các vị.<br>
<br>
Năm vị đã bị thiệt mạng do lòng căm thù đức tin tại Suances, Tây Ban Nha,
vào năm 1937, trong cuộc nội chiến tại nước này.<br>
<br>
Ngoài ra, Đức Thánh Cha cũng đã phê chuẩn các nghị định tuyên dương các nhân
đức anh hùng của bảy vị tôi tớ Thiên Chúa, và truyền rằng các vị có thể được
vinh danh với danh hiệu “bậc đáng kính”. Đó là các vị sau:<br>

Cha Giovanni Folci (1890-1963), một linh mục triều người Italia, là vị sáng
lập Opera del Divin Prigionero;<br>
Cha Franciszek Blachnicki (1921-1987), sinh tại Ba Lan và qua đời ở Đức;<br>
Cha José Rivera Ramírez (1925-1991), một linh mục triều người Tây Ban Nha;<br>
Cha Juan Manuel Martín del Campo (1917-1986), một linh mục triều người
Mexico;<br>
Cha Antonio Maria Filomeno Losito (1838-1917), một linh mục Dòng Chúa Cứu
Thế người Ý;<br>
Chị Maria Benedetta Giuseppa Frey (1836-1913), một nữ tu dòng Xitô Ý; và<br>
Chị Hanna Chrzanowska (1902-1973), một y tá Ba Lan và là giáo dân tận hiến.</font></td>
