<b><font face="Arial">Tiểu Sử Đức Giám mục Micae Hoàng Đức Oanh</font></b></p>

<font face="Arial">Ông sinh ngày 23 tháng 10 năm 1938 tại Hà Tây (nay là Hà
Nội), được rửa tội lấy tên thánh là Micae. Thuở nhỏ, ông theo học tiểu chủng
viện từ năm 1952 đến 1954 tại thành phố này. Sau Hiệp định Genève 1954, ông
di cư vào miền Nam và tiếp tục theo học tại tiểu chủng viện Thánh Giuse Sài
Gòn. Mãn tiểu chủng viện, vì là chủng sinh xuất sắc nên ông được tuyển chọn
để theo học triết học và thần học tại Giáo hoàng Học viện Thánh Piô X Đà Lạt
từ năm 1960 đến 1969, tốt nghiệp với văn bằng cử nhân thần học. Ông chịu
chức linh mục ngày 22 tháng 12 năm 1968 tại Sài Gòn. </font></p>

Phó xứ Thăng Thiên (Pleiku), kiêm Hiệu trưởng Trường Tư thục Minh Đức. Năm
1971, ông là Linh hướng và Giáo sư Tiểu chủng viện Thừa sai Kon Tum. Từ 197
đến 2003, Chánh xứ Thánh Tâm. Từ tháng 10 năm 1996, ông kiêm Tổng đại diện
Giáo phận Kon Tum. </font></p>

<font face="Arial">Ngày 16 tháng 7 năm 2003, Giáo hoàng Gioan Phaolô II đã
bổ nhiệm linh mục Micae Hoàng Đức Oanh làm Giám mục chính tòa giáo phận Kon
Tum, thay cho Giám mục Trần Thanh Chung nghỉ hưu[1]. Ông được tấn phong Giám
mục ngày 28 tháng 8 năm 2003 tại Nhà thờ chính tòa Kon Tum, Giám mục chủ
phong là Phêrô Trần Thanh Chung (nguyên Giám mục Chánh tòa Giáo phận Kon
Tum). </font></p>

Bộ Giáo luật và bổ nhiệm linh mục Aloisiô Nguyễn Hùng Vị làm Tân giám mục
giáo phận này.</font></td>
