Strasbourg. Tôi xin trở lại với câu nói đó: Âu Châu chưa chết. Nó chỉ hơi bà
già một chút thôi (cười), nhưng nó có thể trở lại làm một người mẹ. Và tôi
tin tưởng nơi các chính trị gia trẻ. Họ đang hát một giọng ca khác. Hiện
đang có một vấn đề thế giới, ảnh hưởng không những tới Âu Châu mà là toàn
thế giới, tức vấn đề tham nhũng. Tham nhũng trong mọi lãnh vực… Điều này

tiết các cuộc bầu cử, e dè không tham gia thường chiếm tỷ lệ cao hơn một
chính đảng…</font></p>
