<font face="Arial">VATICAN - Ngoài cái đói của thâm xác con người còn mang
trong mình một cái đói khác quan trọng hơn, không thể được no nê với thực
phẩm thường tình. Đó là cái đói sự sống, cái đói sự vĩnh cửu, mà chỉ có Chúa
Giêsu mới có thể thỏa mãn được mà thôi, vì Ngài là bánh sự sống.<br>
<br>
Kính thưa quý vị thính giả, ĐTC Phanxicô đã khẳng định như trên với hàng
chục ngàn tín hữu và du khách hành hương tham dự buổi đọc Kinh Truyền Tin
chúng trưa Chúa Nhật hôm qua. Ngài nói trong bài huấn dụ: Trong ngày Chúa
Nhật hôm nay tiếp tục bài đọc chương 6 Phúc Âm thánh Gioan. Sau việc nhân
bánh ra nhiều dân chúng tìm Chúa Giêsu và sau cùng họ tìm thấy Người gần
Capharnaum. Người hiểu rõ mục đích của sự hăng hái theo Người và vén mở nó
một cách rõ ràng: “Các ngươi tìm tôi không phải vì các ngươi đã trông thấy
các dấu lạ, nhưng vì đã ăn bánh và đuợc no nê” (Ga 6,26). Thật ra, những
người ấy theo Chúa Giêsu vì bánh vật chất, mà hôm trước đã làm dịu cái đói
của họ, khi Chúa Giêsu đã hóa bánh ra nhiều. Họ đã không hiểu rằng bánh đó
bẻ ra cho biết bao người, cho nhiều người, diễn tả tình yêu của chính Chúa
Giêsu. ĐTC giải thích thái độ của dân chúng như sau:<br>

Họ đã ban cho bánh đó nhiều giá trị hơn là Người cho bánh. Trước sự mù lòa
tinh thần này Chúa Giêsu minh nhiên sự cần thiết đi xa hơn việc thỏa mãn lập
tức các nhu cầu vật chất, và khám phá ra, nhận biết Đấng ban ơn, chính Thiên
Chúa là ơn và là Đấng ban ơn. Và như thế từ bánh đó, từ cử chỉ đó dân chúng
có thể tìm thấy Đấng cho nó là Thiên Chúa. Người mời gọi rộng mở cho một
viễn tượng không chỉ là viễn tượng của các lo lắng thường ngày cho ăn, mặc,
thành công, chức tước. Chúa Giêsu nói tới một lương thực khác, một thứ lương
thực không thể hư nát; và tìm kiếm và tiếp nhận nó là điều tốt. Ngài khích
lệ: “Hãy ra công làm việc không phải vì lương thực không kéo dài, nhưng vì
lương thực tồn tại cho cuộc sống vĩnh cửu mà Con Người sẽ ban cho” (c.27).
Nghĩa là kiếm tìm ơn cứu rỗi, gặp gỡ với Thiên Chúa.<br>
<br>
Với các lời này Chúa Giêsu muốn chúng ta hiểu rằng, ngoài cái đói của thân
xác, con người còn mang trong mình một cái đói khác - tất cả chúng ta đều có
cái đói này - một cái đói quan trọng hơn, không thể được làm no nê với thực
phẩm thường tình. Đó là cái đói sự sống, cái đói sự vĩnh cửu, mà chỉ có Chúa
Giêsu mới có thể thỏa mãn được mà thôi, vì Ngài là bánh sự sống (c. 35).
Chúa Giêsu không loại bỏ sự lo lắng và kiếm tìm lương thực hàng ngày, không,
Ngài không loại bỏ sự lo lắng cho tất cả những gì có thế khiến cho cuộc sống
con người tiến bộ hơn. ĐTC quảng diễn tư tưởng này như sau:<br>
<br>
Chúa Giêsu nhắc cho chúng ta biết rằng ý nghĩa đích thật cuộc sống của chúng
ta trên trần gian này là ở tận cùng, trong sự vĩnh cửu, trong sự gặp gỡ với
Ngài, là ơn và là Đấng ban ơn; và Ngài cũng nhắc cho chúng ta nhớ rằng lịch
sử con người, với các khổ đau và niềm vui của nó, phải được sống trong một
chân trời của sự vĩnh cửu, nghĩa là trong chân trời của cuộc gặp gỡ vĩnh
viễn với Ngài. Và cuộc gặp gỡ này soi sáng tất cả mọi ngày sống của cuộc đời
chúng ta. Nếu chúng ta nghĩ tới cuộc gặp gỡ này, nghĩ tới ơn lớn lao này,
nghĩ tới các ơn bé nhỏ của cuộc sống, cả các khổ đau, các lo lắng sẽ được
soi sáng bởi niềm hy vọng của cuộc gặp gỡ đó. “Ta là bánh sư sống, ai đến
với Ta sẽ không còn đói nữa, và ai tin vào Ta sẽ không bao giờ khát nữa”
(c.35). Và diều này quy chiếu về Thánh Thể là ơn lơn nhất no thoả linh hồn
và thân xác. Gặp gỡ và tiếp đón trong chúng ta Chúa Giêsu, “bánh sự sống”,
trao ban ý nghĩa và niềm hy vọng cho con đường thường cong queo của cuộc
sống. Nhưng “bánh sự sống “ này được ban cho chúng ta như là một nhiệm vụ,
nghĩa là để tới lượt mình chúng ta làm no thoả cái khát tinh thần và vật
chất của các anh chị em khác, bằng cách loan báo Tin Mừng khắp nơi. Với
chứng tá của thái độ sống huynh đệ và liên đới đối với tha nhân, chúng ta
khiến cho Chúa Kitô và tình yêu của Ngài hiện diện giữa loài người.<br>
<br>
Xin Đức Trinh Nữ Thánh nâng đỡ chúng ta trong việc kiếm tìm và bước theo Con
Mẹ là Chúa Giêsu, “bánh thật”, bánh hằng sống không hư nát và kéo dài cho
cuộc sống vĩnh cửu.<br>
<br>
Tiếp đến ĐTC đã cất Kinh Truyền Tin và ban phép lành tòa thánh cho mọi
người.<br>
<br>
Sau Kinh Truyền Tin ĐTC đã chào nhiều nhóm tín hữu, đặc biệt nhóm hành hương
đi ngựa từ Firenze của huynh đoàn “Parte Guelfa”. Ngài nhắc tới ơn “Tha thứ
Asissi”, tức ơn toàn “xá Porziuncula” mà thánh Phanxicô đã xin được cho các
tín hữu thời ngài và truyền lại cho đến nay. ĐTC nói: Nó là một lời nhắc nhở
mạnh mẽ tới gần Chúa trong Bí tích của Lòng Thương Xót và rước Mình Thánh
Chúa. Có người sợ hãi đến gần toà Giải Tội, và quên rằng ở đó người ta không
gặp gỡ một vị thẩm phán nghiêm khắc, nhưng gặp gỡ Người Cha vô cùng thương
