	trong lễ đón tiếp Đức Giáo Hoàng Phanxicô tại phi trường Quito, Ecuador:&nbsp;<br>

	3:10 giờ chiều: Đức GH đã bước khỏi máy bay của ngài tại Quito, Ecuador và 
	đã được Tổng Thống Rafael Correa tiếp đón. Chiếc nón đội chỏm đầu của ngài 
	đã bị gió cuốn đi sau khi ngài bước xuống các bậc thang.<br>
	<br>
	3:35 giờ chiều: Đức GH Phanxicô đứng đầu trần để nghe Tổng Thống Rafael 
	Correa của Ecuador đọc diễn văn tại phi trường vì chiếc nón đội đỉnh đầu của 
	ngài bị gió cuốn đi khi ngài rời khỏi máy bay.<br>
	<br>
	4.00 giờ chiều: Lễ nghinh đón Đức Giáo Hoàng Phanxicô đã kết thúc tại phi 
	trường bên ngoài thủ đô Ecuador và Đức Giáo Hoàng bắt đầu được hộ tống vào 
	Quito; ngài ngồi ghế sau chiếc xe.<br>
	<br>
	Hàng ngàn người xếp hàng dọc theo lộ trình đoàn hộ tống để hoan hô Đức Giáo 
	Hoàng; ngài khởi đầu chuyến đi 9 ngày thăm ba nước Mỹ Châu La Tinh.&nbsp;<br>
	<br>
	4:25 giờ chiều: Hàng ngàn người Ecuador vẫy cờ và hoan hô Đức Giáo Hoàng 
	Phanxicô khi đoàn hộ tống của ngài đưa ngài vào Quito, thủ đô của xứ sở.&nbsp;<br>
	<br>
	Các đám đông tụ tập tại nhiều địa điểm dọc theo lộ trình của đoàn hộ tống, 
	nhưng nhiều giải đường trên xa lộ không có người nào.&nbsp;<br>
	<br>
	Đức Phanxicô bắt đầu chuyến thăm 9 ngày trên lục địa quê nhà của ngài và sẽ 
	viếng thăm ba nước nghèo nhất của lục địa này: Ecuador, Bolivia và 
	Paraguay.&nbsp;<br>
	<br>
	4:35 giờ chiều: Trong chuyến bay dài 13 tiếng đồng hồ tới Nam Mỹ của ngài, 
	Đức Giáo Hoàng Phanxicô đã tới phía sau máy bay để chào hỏi từng người trong 
	số 75 nhà báo cùng du hành với đoàn tùy tùng của ngài trong chuyến viếng 
	thăm Ecuador, Bolivia và Paraguay.<br>
	<br>
	Đức Phanxicô chuyện vãn với từng người và nhận một số lưu niệm họ dâng tặng. 
	Một nhà báo Bolivia trao cho ngài một lô kẹo bánh, trong đó có cả các tranh 
	vẽ của trẻ em Bolivia và một ít kẹo xôcôla có hình ngài được sản xuất tại 
	Sucre, Bolivia.<br>
	<br>
	Ngài tươi cười nói với nữ ký giả này “tôi rất thích các tranh vẽ của trẻ em”.<br>
	<br>
	4:50 giờ chiều: Đức Giáo Hoàng không bao gồm Venezuela và Colombia trong 
	chuyến viếng thăm Nam Mỹ kỳ này, nhưng họ nhận được một điện tín ngài gửi 
	khi chiếc máy bay Airbus A330 thuê của Alitalia bay qua không phận của họ.<br>
	<br>
	Điện tín gửi Tổng Thống Venezuela Nicolas Maduro Moros nói rằng ngài âu yếm 
	nhân dân Venezuela và ngài cầu xin Thiên Chúa giúp họ “mỗi ngày mỗi tăng

	5.00 giờ chiều: Một số người Ecuador đang sử dụng chuyến viếng thăm của Đức 
	GH Phanxicô để bày tỏ việc họ không chấp nhận các chính sách có tính xã hội 
	chủ nghĩa của Tổng Thống Rafael Correa.<br>
	<br>
	Đoàn hộ tống Đức Giáo Hoàng nghe các tiếng hô “Hạ bệ Correa” của một số 
	người trong các đám đông rải rác dọc theo xa lộ dẫn từ phi trường vào thủ đô.<br>

	Các nhân viên an ninh mặc áo&nbsp;neon&nbsp;được đặt dọc lộ trình dẫn vào 
	Quito.&nbsp;<br>

	5:10 giờ chiều: Đoàn hộ tống Đức Giáo Hoàng đã tới Quito và Đức Giáo Hoàng 
	đã đổi qua chiếc giáo hoàng xa trong đoạn trót của lộ trình vào thủ đô, nơi 
	ngài được các đám đông lớn hoan hô.<br>

	Phần lớn trong lộ trình từ phi trường vào thủ đô Quito, Đức Phanxicô ngồi 
	phía sau chiếc Fiat nhỏ. Dọc đường ngài được hoan hô bởi hàng ngàn người

	5:55 giờ chiều: Đức GH Phanxicô đã tới tòa khâm sứ Tòa Thánh tại Ecuador,

	Đoạn đường ngài đi từ Phi Trường Quốc Tế Mariscal Sucre vào Quito kéo dài 
	hơn một giờ. Đầu tiên, ngài ngồi ghế dưới của chiếc Fiat nhỏ, sau chuyển qua 
	chiếc giáo hoàng xa hai bên mở cửa để chạy qua các con phố có người ái mộ 
	đứng chờ hoan hô.&nbsp;<br>
	<br>
	Ngài không dự trù biến cố công cộng nào khác vào tối Chúa Nhật. Sáng Thứ 
	Hai, ngài sẽ bay tới thành phố dyên hải Guayaquil để kính viếng Đền Thánh 
	Lòng Chúa Thương Xót. Ngài dự định chủ sự thánh lễ tại Đền Thánh mà có người 
	ước lượng sẽ có hơn 1 triệu người tham dự.</font></td>
