	<font face="Arial">Khi còn là tổng giám mục Buenos Aires, Đức Thánh Cha lúc 
	bấy giờ là Đức Hồng Y Jorge Mario Bergoglio đã thúc đẩy quá trình phong chân 
	phước cho Enrique Shaw.<br>
	<br>
	Thương gia Enrique Shaw là một người giàu có và có địa vị cao trong xã hội 
	nhưng rất gần gũi với người lao động bình dân. Ông biết tên của mọi nhân 
	viên thuộc cấp và quan tâm sâu sắc đến họ. Ông nổi tiếng vì đã làm hết sức 
	mình để tránh sa thải hơn 1,200 công nhân trong thời kỳ kinh tế khó khăn.<br>
	<br>
	Linh mục Silvia Correale, Cáo Thỉnh Viên án phong chân phước cho ngài nói:<br>
	&quot;Mọi người đều nhận ra những mối quan hệ thân mật, tình cảm ông đã có với 
	các công nhân và làm thế nào ông luôn luôn giữ nhu cầu của họ trong tâm trí 
	mình.&quot;<br>
	<br>
	Năm 1936, Shaw gia nhập Hải quân Á Căn Đình khi mới 14 tuổi. Ông đã từng dạy 
	cho binh lính về tôn giáo. Ông học tại Harvard và sau đó trở thành một doanh 
	nhân nổi bật. Nhưng Shaw vẫn quan tâm đến các vấn đề xã hội của Á Căn Đình.<br>
	<br>
	Cha Silvia Correale cho biết: &quot;Ở Á Căn Đình, ông đã tổ chức một chiến dịch 
	để trợ cấp lương bổng gia đình và tổ chức các cửa hàng cung cấp giá rẻ cho 
	người lao động.&quot;<br>
	<br>
	Shaw đã kết hôn và có chín người con. Ông qua đời vì bệnh ung thư vào năm 
	1962 khi ông mới 41 tuổi. Hơn 200 nhân viên của ông đã hiến máu cho ông. Ông 
	cho biết vào thời điểm đó, &quot;bây giờ tôi có thể nói đó là máu của công nhân 
	chạy trong huyết quản của tôi.&quot;<br>
	<br>
	Quá trình phong chân phước cho ông Enrique Shaw đã hoàn tất giai đoạn địa 
	phương và hiện đang được xem xét tại Rôma. Còn phải mất ít nhất hai năm cho 
	đến khi có quyết định chính thức.</font></td>
