Angelo Amato, tổng trưởng Bộ Phong Thánh, và các thành viên Bộ này, Đức
Thánh Cha Phanxicô đã phê chuẩn nghị định về các nhân đức anh hùng của tám
vị tôi tớ Chúa, là những vị giờ đây được các tín hữu kêu cầu với danh hiệu "bậc
đáng kính".<br>

Tám vị này là<br>
<br>
• Đức Tổng Giám mục của thành Lviv Andrey Sheptytsky (1865-1944), người đã
lãnh đạo Giáo Hội Công Giáo Ukraine Hy Lạp trong 43 năm cuối cùng của cuộc
sống mình.<br>
• Đức Giám Mục Giuseppe Carraro của Verona, Ý (1899-1980)<br>
• Cha Agustín Ramirez Barba (1881-1967), một linh mục người Mexico thành lập
dòng các Nữ Tử Lòng Thương Xót Chúa <br>
• Cha Simpliciano của Chúa Giáng Sinh (1827-1898), một linh mục dòng
Phanxicô người Ý, đấng sáng lập dòng Nữ Tử Thánh Tâm Phanxicô. <br>
• Mẹ Maria del Refugio Aguilar y Torres (1866-1937), đấng sáng lập Dòng Nữ
Thánh Thể<br>
• Chị Maria Teresa Dupouy Bordes (1873-1953), một nữ tu người Pháp, đấng
sáng lập Dòng Thừa Sai Thánh Tâm Chúa Giêsu và Mẹ Maria và qua đời tại Tây
Ban Nha.<br>
• Chị Elisa Miceli (1904-1976), người Ý, đấng sáng lập phong trào chị em
giáo lý viên nông thôn của Thánh Tâm Chúa Giêsu.<br>
• Chị Isabel Méndez Herrero (1924-1953), một thành viên người Tây Ban Nha
dòng Nữ Tử Thánh Giuse.</font></td>
