ngày 11-6-2015, dành cho 450 tham dự viên khóa họp lần thứ 39 của Tổ chức
Lương nông quốc tế, gọi tắt là FAO, ở Roma.</font></p>

thực gây lo âu rất nhiều. 1 phần 3 số lương thực sản xuất bị phí phạm. Ngoài
ra một số lượng lớn nông phẩm được dùng vào những mục tiêu khác, tuy có thể
đó là những mục tiêu tốt, nhưng chúng không phải là nhu cầu trước mắt của
những người đói”.</font></p>

<font face="Arial">Trước tình trạng đó ĐTC kêu gọi giảm bớt sự phí phạm
lương thực và suy tư về việc sử dụng nông phẩm, phần lớn được dùng để nuôi
súc vật hoặc chế tạo nhiên liệu thực vật. ”Dĩ nhiên cần bảo đảm những điều
kiện môi sinh ngày càng lành mạnh, nhưng phải chăng chúng ta có thể tiếp tục
làm điều ấy mà loại trừ người khác.”</font></p>

<font face="Arial">ĐTC ghi nhận sự kiện ”từ năm 2008 đến nay, giá lương thực
tăng gấp đôi, có khi giá dừng lại, nhưng rồi vẫn cao hơn so với trước đây.
Giá lương thực trồi sụt như thế cản ngăn những người nghèo nhất đề ra các
chương trình hoặc cậy dựa vào một sự dinh dưỡng tối thiểu.</font></p>

sự đầu cơ tài chánh, giá ngũ cốc được xác định theo lợi nhuận có thể mang
lại khiến cho công việc của nhà nông ở trong tình trạng không chắc chắn, lo
âu vì những điều kiện thời tiến, lo lắng vì sự tàn phá mùa màng có thể xảy
ra”.</font></p>

hội nghị quốc tế hồi tháng 11 năm 2014 ở Roma về dinh dưỡng và ngài cũng cổ
võ việc giáo dục con người về việc sử dụng lương thực đúng đắn. Ngài cho
biết đó cũng là điều ngài cổ võ khi gặp gỡ các GM, các nhà chính trị, các vị
