thể hiện tầm nhìn của Đức Thánh Cha Phanxicô: một cuộc “đối thoại của tình
huynh đệ.” Cuộc họp gồm có 46 người Công giáo, Phật giáo và các nhà lãnh đạo
hoạt động xã hội tại Hoa Kỳ. Những người Công giáo tham gia đến từ thành phố
New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles, và khu vực Washington DC (Đại
học Georgetown). Những người tham gia Phật giáo là các vị lãnh đạo các cộng
đồng ở 5 thành phố của Hoa Kỳ đại diện cho sự đa dạng phong phú của Sri
