vị Hồng Y cố vấn đã đề nghị ngài cử nhiệm một ủy ban mới để thực thi kế
hoạch cải tổ do một ủy ban giáo hoàng gồm 11 thành viên trước đây soạn
thảo. </font></p>

truyền thông hiện hữu mà lại tiết kiệm được tài chánh. </font></p>

về Truyền Thông Xã Hội. Trước đây, ngài là giám đốc Văn Phòng Truyền Thông
của Tổng Giáo Phận Dublin và đã thành lập văn phòng công cộng sự vụ của tổng
giáo phận này nhằm hỗ trợ các cố gắng truyền thông của nó. Ngài cũng là thư
ký của ủy ban giáo hoàng 11 thành viên từng đưa ra các khuyến cáo nhằm cải
tổ ngành truyền thông của Tòa Thánh. </font></p>

giám đốc tạp chí có uy tín của Dòng này là tờ La Civilta Cattolica. Ngài là
một tham vấn cho các hội đồng về truyền thông xã hội và văn hóa. Ngài rất
tích cực trên các mạng lưới xã hội, đóng góp cho nhiều trang mạng tin tức
trực tuyến và có riêng một blog tựa là “CyberTeologia”, blog mà ngài hy vọng
sẽ mang “sự hiểu biết đức tin lên trên mạng”. </font></p>

1965, hiện đứng đầu Sở Internet của Vatican và văn phòng Viễn Thông của
Vatican. Ngài điều khiển trang mạng vatican.va và trước đây xây dựng trang
mạng clerus.org cho Thánh Bộ Giáo Sĩ. </font></p>
