<font face="Arial">Hôm Thứ Hai ngày 11/5/2015, Đức Thánh Cha Phanxicô đã gặp
gỡ 7 ngàn trẻ em thuộc một hiệp hội Ý quốc là The Peace Factory ở Sảnh Đường
Phaolô VI. Ngài đã ban huấn từ cho các em và trực tiếp trả lời 13 câu hỏi
của 13 em, bao gồm cả những câu hỏi liên quan đến đời tư của ngài, chẳng hạn
câu hỏi thứ nhất là ngài có bao giờ cãi nhau với anh chị em trong gia đình
hay chăng? Tuy nhiên, trong 13 câu hỏi này, có 4 câu hỏi (câu 3, 4, 9 và 11)
đặc biệt có tầm vóc quốc tế và phổ quát về nhân bản trực tiếp liên quan đến
bình an hay hòa bình hơn, cần phải chú trọng, nên xin được chuyển dịch

nghỉ ngơi một chút. Thật sự là thế. Tuy nhiên việc ở với dân chúng không làm
mất đi sự bình an. Đúng thế, nếu trong trường hợp xẩy ra chuyện ồn ào, náo
nhiệt, chuyện người ta di chuyển ..., thế nhưng nó vẫn không làm mất đi sự
bình an. Cái làm mất bình an đó là chuyện chúng ta không yêu thương nhau.
Điều ấy mới làm mất bình an mà thôi! Cái làm mất bình an đó là ghen tương đố
kị, tham lam, ham lợi, chiếm lấy những cái của người khác: mới là những gì
làm mất bình an. Thế nhưng việc ở với dân chúng là những gì tốt lành, không
làm mất bình an! Nó làm cho người ta cảm thấy mệt mỏi, cha không phải là một
con người trẻ trung... thế nhưng nó vẫn không làm mất bình an.</font></p>

tranh! Kỹ nghệ chế tạo các thứ vũ khí: đó là vấn đề nghiêm trọng! Thành phần
quyền lực, có một số trong họ, kiếm chác bằng việc chế tạo các thứ vũ khí và
họ buôn bán vũ khí cho xứ sở này để chống xứ sở kia, rồi họ lại bán vũ khí
cho xứ sở kia để chống lại xứ sở này. Đó là một thứ kỹ nghệ chết chóc! Và họ
