Dominicana trong buổi tiếp kiến sáng ngày 28-5-2015, nhân dịp các vị về Roma
hành hương viếng mộ hai thánh Tông Đồ và thăm Tòa Thánh.</font></p>

<font face="Arial">Ngài nhận xét rằng ”hôn nhân và gia đình đang trải qua
một cuộc khủng hoảng nghiêm trọng về văn hóa, nhưng không vì thế mà mất tầm
quan trọng, trái lại càng cần thiết hơn nữa.. Ước gì trong Năm Thánh Lòng
Thương Xót sắp tới, không thiếu những nỗ lực hòa giải hôn nhân và gia đình,
cũng như sự sống chung hòa bình. Điều cấp thiết là tăng cường việc giảng dạy
giáo lý về lý tưởng hôn nhân Kitô và đời sống gia đình, trong đó bao gồm cả
linh đạo làm cha làm mẹ trong tinh thần trách nhiệm. Trong việc mục vụ cần
chú ý hơn về vai trò của người nam trong tư cách là chồng và là cha, cũng
như trách nhiệm của họ đối với người vợ trong hôn nhân, gia đình và việc
giáo dục con cái”.</font></p>

<font face="Arial">ĐTC cũng khẳng định rằng: ”Tôi mời gọi anh em dành nhiều
thời giờ và quan tâm hơn tới các linh mục, chăm sóc mỗi người trong họ, bênh
vực họ khỏi những chó sói tấn công cả các mục tử... Trong các chủng viện cần
quan tâm đến việc huấn luyện nhân bản, trí thức và tu đức, giúp chủng sinh
gặp gỡ thực sự với Chúa, vun trồng sự dấn thân mục vụ và trưởng thành về
tình cảm, để có khả năng đảm nhận đời sống độc thân LM và hoạt động trong
tinh thần hiệp thông”.</font></p>

<font face="Arial">Cũng trong bài huấn dụ, ĐTC khuyến khích các GM
Dominicana tăng cường việc mục vụ cho những người di dân Haiti đến nước này
để tìm điều kiện sống tốt đẹp hơn. ”Cần cộng tác với chính quyền dân sự để
đạt tới giải pháp cho vấn đề những người nhập cư không có giấy tờ và những
người bị phủ nhận những quyền căn bản của họ”.</font></p>

<font face="Arial">ĐTC cho biết ngài am tường những cố gắng và quan tâm của
các GM Dominicana đối với những vấn đề trầm trọng đang đè nặng trên dân
chúng tại Mỹ châu la tinh như nạn buôn bán ma túy và buôn người, nạn tham ô
hối lộ, bạo hành trong gia đình, lạm dụng và khai thác trẻ vị thành niên,
tình trạng bất công xã hội.” Ngài viết: ”Do mối liên hệ mật thiết giữa việc
loan báo Tin Mừng và thăng tiến nhân bản, toàn thể hoạt động của Giáo Hội là
Mẹ phải tìm kiếm và chăm sóc thiện ích của những người kém may mắn nhất”.</font></p>

<font face="Arial">Cộng hòa Dominicana chỉ rộng hơn 48 ngàn cây số vuông với
trên 10 triệu dân cư, trong đó 88,5% là tín hữu Công Giáo, thuộc 2 giáo tỉnh
với 11 giáo phận.</font></p>

<font face="Arial">Từ đầu năm đến nay, ĐTC đã tiếp kiến được 15 Hội đồng GM
Phi châu, trong đó có 2 HĐGM Á châu là Nhật Bản và Hàn quốc. Từ nay đến cuối
