nguyên là giáo sư giáo luật và tâm lý ở Đại Học Giáo Hoàng Gregoriana ở
Roma, rồi làm GM giáo phận Alessandria và được bổ nhiệm làm Chủ tịch sở kinh
tế tài chánh của Tòa Thánh hồi năm 2011. Nay cơ quan này bị nhập vào Văn
phòng kinh tế của Tòa Thánh do ĐHY George Pell người Úc làm chủ tịch.</font></p>
