Bo, người vừa được tấn phong Hồng Y hôm 14 tháng Hai, đã kêu gọi chấm dứt

Hiệp Quốc về Nhân quyền đã cảnh báo hôm thứ Tư 25 tháng Hai rằng “các diễn
biến gần đây liên quan đến quyền con người của các dân tộc thiểu số, tự do
ngôn luận và quyền biểu tình ôn hòa khiến người ta đặt ra nhiều câu hỏi về
đường hướng cải cách đó”.</font></p>
