nguồn tin cho rằng trong chuyến tông du tại Bosnia-Herzegovina vào ngày 6
tháng 6 tới đây, Đức Thánh Cha Phanxicô có thể sẽ dùng trực thăng để bay từ
Sarajevo đến Medjugorje.</font></p>

Vinko Puljic, Tổng Giám Mục Sarajevo bác bỏ nguồn tin trên và nhận xét rằng
trong chuyến tông du này, Đức Thánh Cha sẽ dành nhiều thời gian để đề cập
đến những "tình trạng nghiêm trọng" của người Công Giáo ở Bosnia. Ngài nói:
"Một ngày không phải là nhiều".</font></p>
<p style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-bottom: 8pt"><font face="Arial">Cha
Federico Lombardi, giám đốc văn phòng báo chí Vatican, nói rằng các cuộc
thảo luận về biến cố Đức Mẹ hiện ra tại Medjugorje "không có liên hệ" gì với
mục đích của Đức Giáo Hoàng đến thăm Sarajevo.</font></p>
<p style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-bottom: 8pt"><font face="Arial">Một ủy ban
đặc biệt của Vatican đã được hình thành để nghiên cứu các cuộc hiện ra tại
Medjugorje. Báo cáo của ủy ban giờ đây đang nằm trong tay của Thánh Bộ Giáo
Lý Đức Tin. Hiện chưa có dấu hiệu cho thấy khi Vatican có thể đưa ra một
tuyên bố công khai về vấn đề này.</font></td>
