sóng gia tăng những vụ phạm thánh kể từ tháng Mười năm ngoái cho tới nay,
đặc biệt nghiêm trọng là những vụ phạm thánh tại 5 nhà thờ trong hai ngày 6
và 7 tháng Hai, Đức Giám Mục giáo phận Bellay-Ars đã truyền cho các linh mục
phải rước Thánh Thể ra khỏi các nhà thờ và nhà nguyện.</font></p>
<p style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-bottom: 8pt"><font face="Arial">Đức Cha
Pascal Roland yêu cầu Thánh Thể phải được lưu giữ tại một địa điểm an toàn
hơn, và cửa ra vào nhà tạm phải được giữ mở toang ra để cho thấy rõ ràng
rằng Thánh Thể không có trong nhà tạm.</font></p>
<p style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-bottom: 8pt"><font face="Arial">Thánh Thể
chỉ có thể được rước trở lại các nhà tạm cho việc thờ phượng khi có đủ số
tín hữu có mặt.</font></p>
<p style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-bottom: 8pt"><font face="Arial">Ngoại lệ
duy nhất của nghị định này là trong trường hợp nhà tạm được làm bằng kim
loại có khóa cẩn thận và chắc chắn.</font></p>
<p style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-bottom: 8pt"><font face="Arial">Năm nhà
thờ đã bị phạm thánh tại giáo phận Bellay-Ars miền đông nước Pháp vào ngày 6
và 7 tháng Hai.</font></p>
<p style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-bottom: 8pt"><font face="Arial">Trong bốn
nhà thờ, bình thánh đã bị đánh cắp, nhưng Mình Thánh Chúa đã được thánh hiến
dường như được bỏ lại tại chỗ. Tại giáo xứ Montluel, một thị trấn 7,000 dân,
cả bình thánh và Mình Thánh Chúa đều đã bị đánh cắp.</font></p>
<p style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-bottom: 8pt"><font face="Arial">Năm nhà
thờ khác trong giáo phận đã phạm thánh hoặc phá hoại trong thời gian từ
tháng Mười năm ngoái đến tháng Giêng năm nay.</font></p>
