triệu người trên thế giới nói tiếng Farsi, tức là ngôn ngữ chính thức của
người Iran hay còn gọi là Ba Tư. Giờ đây, Sách Giáo Lý của Giáo Hội Công
Giáo đã có một phiên bản bằng ngôn ngữ này. Đó là một bản dịch đã mất 12 năm
để hoàn thành bởi khoảng 1,000 chuyên gia.</font></p>
<p style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-bottom: 8pt"><font face="Arial">Trong buổi
ra mắt tại Vatican hôm 31 tháng Giêng, Đại sứ Mohammed Taher Rabbani của
Iran nói:</font></p>
<p style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-bottom: 8pt"><font face="Arial">"Công việc
này được thực hiện bởi Đại học Tôn giáo của Iran, nhằm thúc đẩy đối thoại
giữa các tôn giáo, đặc biệt là giữa các tôn giáo độc thần."</font></p>
<p style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-bottom: 8pt"><font face="Arial">Đức Hồng Y
Jean-Louis Tauran, Chủ tịch Hội đồng Tòa Thánh về Đối thoại Liên tôn, đã
trình bày với báo chí về cuốn sách. Ngài hy vọng cuốn Giáo lý này sẽ cải
thiện sự sống chung giữa các tôn giáo ở Trung Đông.</font></p>
<p style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-bottom: 8pt"><font face="Arial">Đức Hồng Y
nói:</font></p>
<p style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-bottom: 8pt"><font face="Arial">"Người
không Công Giáo có thể mở cuốn sách và tự mình thấy được những yếu tính của
đạo Công Giáo."</font></p>
<p style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-bottom: 8pt"><font face="Arial">Vatican hy
vọng rằng ấn phẩm mới sẽ trở thành một tài liệu hữu ích cho người Công Giáo
trong khu vực. Tiếng Ba Tư được nói chủ yếu ở Iran và các nước láng giềng
như Afghanistan và Uzbekistan.</font></td>
