Tin Mừng hàng ngày giúp chúng ta có niềm hy vọng thực sự. Đức Thánh Cha đã
nói như trên trong bài giảng thánh lễ sáng Thứ Ba ngày 03 tháng 02 tại nhà
nguyện Santa Marta.</font></p>
<p style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-bottom: 8pt"><font face="Arial">Trong bài
giảng, Đức Thánh Cha đã tái kêu gọi các tín hữu hãy dành 10 phút mỗi ngày để
suy gẫm Tin Mừng và thân thưa với Chúa, chứ đừng quá lãng phí thời giờ vào
những phim truyện truyền hình hay ngồi lê đôi mách.</font></p>
<p style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-bottom: 8pt"><font face="Arial">Đặt trọng
tâm vào đoạn trích Thư gửi tín hữu Do Thái nói về niềm hy vọng, Đức Thánh
Cha Phanxicô nói rằng “hãy dán mắt vào Chúa Giêsu” là cốt lõi của niềm hy
vọng. Ngài nhấn mạnh rằng, nếu chúng ta không biết lắng nghe Lời Chúa, chúng
ta có thể là những người “lạc quan yêu đời” nhưng không có được niềm hy vọng
mà chúng ta chỉ có được từ việc “chiêm ngắm Đức Kitô”.</font></p>
<p style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-bottom: 8pt"><font face="Arial">Điều này
đưa Đức Thánh Cha đến đề tài “chiêm ngắm cầu nguyện”. Đức Thánh Cha nói rằng
“thật tốt nếu chúng ta biết cầu nguyện hàng ngày bằng kinh Mân Côi để thân
thưa với Chúa, với Đức Trinh Nữ Maria hay với các Thánh, khi chúng ta gặp
vấn đề nào đó”. Nhưng “chiêm ngắm cầu nguyện” là quan trọng và điều này chỉ
có thể thực hiện được “với sách Phúc Âm trong tay”.</font></p>
<p style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-bottom: 8pt"><font face="Arial">Ngài nói
rằng: “Tôi suy gẫm như thế nào về đoạn Tin Mừng hôm nay? Tôi thấy Chúa Giêsu
đang ở giữa mọi người, Ngài bị đám đông vây quanh. Năm lần đoạn Tin Mừng này
sử dụng từ ‘đám đông’. Chúa Giêsu có nghỉ ngơi không? Điều này đưa tôi đến
suy nghĩ về chuyện “luôn luôn ở giữa đám đông …” Hầu hết cuộc đời của Chúa
Giêsu là trên các đường phố, với những đám đông. Vậy Chúa Giêsu có nghỉ ngơi
không? Có chứ, Tin Mừng có lần nói là Ngài ngủ trên thuyền nhưng cơn bão đến
và các môn đệ đánh thức Ngài dậy. Chúa Giêsu thường xuyên ở giữa mọi người.
Và đây là cách chúng ta hướng nhìn Chúa Giêsu, suy gẫm về Chúa Giêsu, tưởng
tượng về Chúa Giêsu. Nhờ đó, tôi thưa với Chúa Giêsu về những gì ập đến với
tâm trí tôi”.</font></p>
<p style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-bottom: 8pt"><font face="Arial">Tiếp tục
suy tư về Tin Mừng trong ngày, Đức Thánh Cha Phanxicô nói về cách thức Chúa
Giêsu nhận ra có một người phụ nữ bị bệnh trong đám đông chạm vào Ngài. Đức
Thánh Cha nhận xét là Chúa Giêsu, “không chỉ hiểu về đám đông, Ngài còn cảm
nhận được đám đông”, “Ngài cảm nhận được nhịp tim của mỗi người trong chúng
ta, từng người một. Ngài chăm sóc cho mỗi một người trong chúng ta, luôn
luôn là thế!”</font></p>
<p style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-bottom: 8pt"><font face="Arial">Trường hợp
của ông trưởng hội đường, là người đã đến gặp Chúa Giêsu “để thưa với Ngài
về trường hợp con gái ông đang mang trọng bệnh” cũng tương tự như thế: Chúa
bỏ lại mọi thứ để lo chuyện này. Đức Thánh Cha đã mô tả lại quang cảnh đó
như sau: Đức Giêsu vào nhà ông, những người phụ nữ đang than khóc vì cô bé
đã chết, nhưng Chúa nói với họ hãy bình tĩnh và họ dè bĩu Ngài. Đức Thánh
Cha nói: ở đây chúng ta thấy “sự kiên nhẫn của Chúa Giêsu.”</font></p>
<p style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-bottom: 8pt"><font face="Arial">Và khi đã
làm con gái của ông trưởng hội đường sống lại, thay vì nói “Ngợi khen
Chúa!”, Chúa Giêsu nói với họ: “Hãy cho cô ấy chút gì để ăn”. Đức Thánh Cha
Phanxicô ghi nhận “Chúa Giêsu luôn nghĩ đến cả những điều nhỏ nhặt.”</font></p>
<p style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-bottom: 8pt"><font face="Arial">Đức Thánh
Cha chỉ ra rằng “Điều tôi mới vừa thực hiện với đoạn Tin Mừng này là một lời
cầu nguyện trong chiêm ngắm: cầm lấy sách Phúc Âm, đọc và hình dung ra bối
cảnh, tưởng tượng những gì xảy ra và thân thưa với Chúa Giêsu từ đáy lòng
mình”:</font></p>
<p style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-bottom: 8pt"><font face="Arial">“Bằng cách
này chúng ta làm cho niềm hy vọng lớn dần lên, vì chúng ta dán mắt vào Chúa
Giêsu. Tất cả chúng ta nên thực hành lối cầu nguyện chiêm ngắm này. Nhưng có
người lại nói “Thưa cha, con còn bao nhiêu việc phải làm!” Lúc ở nhà, hãy
dành 15 phút cầm lấy sách Phúc Âm, đọc và hình dung ra bối cảnh, tưởng tượng
những gì xảy ra và thân thưa với Chúa Giêsu về đoạn sách ấy. Như thế, ánh
mắt của anh chị em sẽ dán chặt vào Chúa Giêsu chứ không phải vào những phim
truyện truyền hình. Đôi tai của anh chị em sẽ hướng về những lời của Chúa
Giêsu chứ không còn lắng nghe quá nhiều tin nhảm nhí của chòm xóm nữa”.</font></p>
<p style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-bottom: 8pt"><font face="Arial">“Đây là
cách thế mà việc chiêm ngắm Lời Chúa sẽ giúp chúng ta lớn lên trong niềm hy
vọng khi chúng ta sống bằng chất Tin Mừng! Hãy luôn luôn cầu nguyện”.</font></p>
<p style="margin-top: 0cm; margin-bottom: 8pt"><font face="Arial">Đức Thánh
Cha Phanxicô mời mọi người hãy “cầu nguyện, cầu nguyện với kinh Mân Côi, nói

hành trình trong quá khứ, ký ức về những ân sủng nhận được từ Thiên Chúa. Và
hy vọng, trong khi hướng về Chúa, là Đấng duy nhất có thể mang lại cho tôi
niềm hy vọng. Và để có thể dán mắt vào Chúa, để biết Chúa, chúng ta hãy cầm
lấy sách Phúc Âm hàng ngày và suy gẫm cầu nguyện. Ngày hôm nay, chẳng hạn,
tôi dành ra 10-15 phút, không hơn, để đọc Tin Mừng, hình dung ra và thưa với
Chúa đôi điều. Và không cần gì hơn. Như thế những hiểu biết của anh chị em
về Chúa sẽ lớn lên và niềm hy vọng của anh chị em sẽ tăng trưởng. Đừng quên,
dán ánh mắt của chúng ta vào Chúa Giêsu. Và để làm được điều này hãy suy gẫm
