Thanh hóa, Uỷ ban Mục vụ Di dân trực thuộc HĐGMVN đã tổ chức Hội Nghị Di Dân
với chủ đề: “Mục Vụ Di Dân Trong Bối Cảnh Tân Phúc Âm Hóa”.</font></p>

cho khóa họp thường niên I/2015 của HĐGMVN đồng thời thảo luận về Mục vụ Di
dân trong bối cảnh hiện nay.</font></p>

mục giáo phận Thanh Hóa, Chủ tịch Uỷ ban Mục vụ Di dân trực thuộc HĐGMVN;
cha Luy Nguyễn Anh Tuấn, Chánh Văn phòng HĐGMVN, Tổng thư ký Uỷ ban Mục vụ
Gia đình; cha Giuse Đào Nguyên Vũ, Tổng thư ký Uỷ ban Mục vụ Di dân; và đại
diện các Ban Di Dân của 21/26 giáo phận trên cả nước.</font></p>

viên đặc trách di dân đại diện các dòng tu: Dòng Carolo Scalabrini, Dòng Tên
Việt Nam, Dòng Thánh Thể, Dòng Don Bosco, Dòng Anh Em Hèn Mọn, Dòng Mến
Thánh Giá Chợ Quán, Dòng Phan Sinh Thừa Sai Đức Mẹ, Dòng Đức Bà Truyền Giáo,
Dòng Con Đức Mẹ Phù Hộ… và đại diện anh chị em di dân trên toàn quốc.</font></p>

<font face="Arial">Trong ba ngày diễn ra hội nghị, các tham dự viên đã được
nghe trình bày và chia sẻ các đề tài: Hiện tình về vấn đề di dân (trong nước
và hải ngoại, cũng như người nước ngoài tại Việt Nam); Giáo huấn giáo hội về
di dân; Hoạt động của Uỷ ban Mục vụ Di dân (2007 đến nay); Cơ cấu của Uỷ ban
Mục vụ Di dân; Kinh nghiệm mục vụ di dân tại Tổng giáo phận Hà Nội và Sài
Gòn; Sứ mạng của Uỷ ban Mục vụ Di dân và các Ban Mục vụ Di dân cấp giáo phận;
Định hướng mục vụ cấp quốc gia và giáo phận.</font></p>

<font face="Arial">Trong buổi thảo luận về định hướng mục vụ di dân, hội
nghị đã chú ý tới hai cấp độ: trên toàn lãnh thổ Giáo hội Công giáo Việt Nam
và trong mỗi giáo phận.</font></p>

<font face="Arial">Ở cấp quốc gia cần có sự phối hợp liên Uỷ ban. Mục vụ di
dân hiện nay cần có sự phối hợp liên giáo phận, liên Uỷ ban Gia đình, Giới
trẻ, Giáo dục Công giáo, Bác ái xã hội – Caritas, Giáo lý đức tin…</font></p>

<font face="Arial">Uỷ ban Mục vụ Di dân cần phối hợp với các giáo phận để
thực hiện những chương trình chuẩn bị cho anh chị em, đặc biệt là các bạn
trẻ, hành trang đức tin trước khi xa quê. Cần phối hợp chặt chẽ giữa giáo
phận gốc và giáo phận tiếp nhận. Nhưng thực trạng cho thấy rằng ở cả hai
giáo phận (gốc và tiếp nhận) đều không thể quản lý số lượng di cư và nhập cư
do người di cư không trình báo cha xứ khi rời quê và cũng không khai báo cho
cha xứ nơi định cư, hầu hết chỉ liên hệ khi cần đến thủ tục hôn phối.</font></p>

Mục vụ Di dân. Cha Tổng thư ký cần đẩy mạnh chức năng kết nối và điều phối

tập tài liệu về mục vụ di dân để Đức cha Chủ tịch trình HĐGMVN trong khóa
họp thường niên I/2015. Cha Tổng thư ký sẽ phối hợp Nhóm làm việc để thực
hiện trước ngày 10 tháng 3 năm 2015; nhóm gồm có: cha Tổng thư ký, sơ Thư ký
Văn phòng, cha Luy Nguyễn Anh Tuấn, cha PX Nguyễn Minh Thiệu (Dòng
Salêdiêng), cha GB Nguyễn Bửu Khánh (giáo phận Xuân Lộc), cha PX Nguyễn Văn
Lượng (giáo phận Vinh), cha Vinh Sơn Nguyễn Văn Định (Dòng Scalabrini), sơ
Matta Hoàng Thị Thúy (FMA) và sơ Anna Phan Thị Lệ (FMM).</font></p>

hành. Nên có những chương trình mục vụ di dân ở từng giáo tỉnh, cha Tổng thư
ký cần tham gia và hiện diện đồng thời Uỷ ban Mục vụ Di dân cần tổ chức
những hội nghị mang tính nghiên cứu khoa học</font></p>

<font face="Arial">Ở cấp giáo phận, các nghị viên kiến nghị Đức cha Chủ tịch
Uỷ ban trình với HĐGMVN để các Đấng bản quyền tạo điều kiện làm việc cho các
cha đặc trách di dân để các ngài được nâng đỡ và nhiệt thành hơn trong sứ vụ
chăm sóc mục vụ cho di dân. Lưu tâm và nhắc nhở quý cha về hiện tình di dân
và những ưu tiên mục vụ cần được các cha xứ quảng đại giúp đỡ. Tổ chức các
khóa mục vụ di dân ghép vào các chương trình thường huấn linh mục đoàn để
quý cha lưu tâm hơn đến con cái di dân của mình.</font></p>

tâm đến cộng đoàn người nước ngoài (Phillipines, Hàn Quốc, Pháp…) tại Việt
Nam, cụ thể là ở Hà Nội và Thành phố HCM. Hiện nay cha Tổng thư ký đã trợ
giúp và phối hợp với cộng đoàn Phillipines tại Trung tâm Mục vụ Tổng giáo
phận TP. HCM.</font></p>
