<font size="3">Ðức thánh cha Benedicto XVI tiếp kiến tổng thư ký Hội
đồng đại kết các Giáo hội Kitô.</font></p>

<font size="3">Hôm thứ Bảy mùng 4 tháng 12 năm 2010, Ðức thánh cha đã
tiếp kiến mục sư Olav Fykse Tveit, người Na uy, tổng thư ký Hội đồng đại
kết các Giáo hội Kitô và phái đoàn.</font></p>
<p style="margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0" align="justify">
<font size="3">Theo đài phát thanh Vatican, mục sư Tveit đã được bầu vào
chức vụ tổng thư ký hội đồng đại kết các Giáo hội Kitô hồi đầu tháng
Giêng năm 2010. Theo truyền thống, các vị tân tổng thư ký của tổ chức
này thường chính thức viếng thăm Ðức thánh cha và hội đồng Tòa thánh về
hiệp nhứt Kitô giáo.</font></p>
<p style="margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0" align="justify">
<font size="3">Trong những ngày lưu lại tại Roma, phái đoàn do mục sư
tổng thư ký hội đồng đại kết các Giáo hội Kitô cũng viếng thăm trụ sở
của Cộng đồng thánh Egidio.</font></p>
<p style="margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0" align="justify">
<font size="3">Tưởng cũng nên nhắc lại: hội đồng đại kết các Giáo hội
Kitô quy tụ tất cả 349 Giáo hội Kitô và cộng đồng Giáo hội, đại diện cho
trên 560 triệu tín hữu Kitô mà phần lớn thuộc các Giáo hội Chính thống,
Anh giáo, Tin lành. Mục đích của hội đồng là hoạt động cho sự hiệp nhứt
Kitô giáo. Giáo hội Công giáo không nằm trong tổ chức này.</font> </tr>
