Bênêđictô XVI khẳng định: “<em>Đức Trinh Nữ là “trạng sư” của chúng
ta ở trên trời, và “dù nếu mọi người có nói xấu chúng ta” thì chính
Mẹ Maria sẽ “nói điều tốt vì Trái Tim Vẹn Sạch của Mẹ hoà nhịp với
lòng thương xót của Thiên Chúa”</em>. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0" class="MsoNormal">
<span style="color: black; font-family: Arial">Theo truyền thống dịp
Lễ Mẹ Vô Nhiễm, Đức Thánh Cha đã đến quảng trường Espagne ở Rôma vào
buổi chiều thứ tư, 08.12.2010, để tôn sùng Đức Trinh Nữ, và dâng hoa
nơi tượng Mẹ Maria đặt trên một trụ cao. Đức Hồng Y Agostino
Vallini, phụ tá Đức Thánh Cha, coi sóc giáo phận Rôma, và thị trưởng
thành phố Rôma, ông Gianni Alemanno, cùng ra nghênh đón Đức Thánh
Cha.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0" class="MsoNormal">
<span style="color: black; font-family: Arial">Trước đám đông dân
chúng tụ tập trên quảng trường nổi danh Espagne, Đức Thánh Cha mời
gọi các tín hữu cầu nguyện với Mẹ Maria và cám ơn Mẹ “<em>vì ơn đức
tin và vì các ơn lành mà chúng ta lãnh nhận hằng ngày từ Thiên Chúa</em>”.
Ngài cũng mời gọi phó thác cho Mẹ các “<em>nhu cầu khác nhau của
chúng ta, phó thác gia đình, sức khoẻ, công việc và mọi khó khăn gặp
phải trong đời sống chúng ta</em>”</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0" class="MsoNormal">
<span style="color: black; font-family: Arial">Đức Thánh Cha cắt
nghĩa: </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0" class="MsoNormal">
<span style="color: black; font-family: Arial">“<em>Khi chúng ta đến
đây, đặc biệt trong dịp lễ 08 tháng 12 này, điều chúng ta nhận được
từ Mẹ Maria thì quan trọng hơn nhiều so với điều chúng ta dâng cho
Mẹ. Thật ra, Mẹ ban cho chúng ta một sứ điệp liên quan đến mỗi người
chúng ta, đến thành phố Rôma và đến toàn thế giới</em>”.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0" class="MsoNormal">
<span style="color: black; font-family: Arial">“<em>Mẹ Maria nói gì
với chúng ta? Mẹ nói với chúng ta bằng Lời của Thiên Chúa làm người
trong lòng Mẹ. Sứ điệp của Mẹ không gì khác hơn là chính Chúa Giêsu,
Đấng là toàn thể cuộc sống của Mẹ</em>”. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0" class="MsoNormal">
<span style="color: black; font-family: Arial">Đức Thánh Cha nói
thêm: </span></p>

<span style="color: black; font-family: Arial">“<em>Mẹ Maria bảo
chúng ta rằng chúng ta được kêu gọi mở lòng chúng ta cho Chúa Thánh
Thần hoạt động, để chúng ta có thể đạt được cùng đích của chúng ta
là được vẹn sạch, hoàn toàn tự do và dứt khoát khỏi sự dữ. Mẹ nói
cho chúng ta điều đó qua chính sự thánh thiện của Mẹ, qua cái nhìn
đầy hy vọng và cảm thông</em>”. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0" class="MsoNormal">
<span style="color: black; font-family: Arial">Đức Thánh Cha còn xác
quyết: </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0" class="MsoNormal">
<span style="color: black; font-family: Arial">“<em>Cái nhìn của Mẹ
Maria là cái nhìn của Thiên Chúa trên mỗi người chúng ta. Mẹ nhìn
chúng ta bằng chính tình yêu của Thiên Chúa, và Mẹ chúc lành cho
chúng ta. Mẹ cư xử như vị “trạng sư” của chúng ta. Dù cho mọi người
nói xấu chúng ta, thì Ngài là Mẹ, Ngài sẽ nói điều tốt, vì Trái Tim
Vẹn Sạch của Mẹ hoà điệu với lòng thương xót của Thiên Chúa</em>”.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0" class="MsoNormal">
<span style="color: black; font-family: Arial">“<em>Mẹ Maria nói với
mọi người, với dân thành Rôma và với toàn thế giới. Mẹ không xem
thành phố này như một tụ điểm vô danh, nhưng như một chòm sao mà ở
đó Thiên Chúa biết tên mỗi một cá nhân, từng người một, và kêu gọi
chúng ta toả chiếu ánh sáng của Chúa ra</em>”.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0" class="MsoNormal">
<span style="color: black; font-family: Arial">“<em>Sứ điệp của Mẹ
Maria là một sứ điệp đáng tin cậy cho mỗi người, một sứ điệp hy
vọng, không làm bằng lời nói mà bằng chính lịch sử của nó: Mẹ, một
người phụ nữ thuộc dòng dõi chúng ta, đã sinh ra người con của Thiên
Chúa và chia sẻ sự sống với Người!</em>”.</span></p>

định: </span></p>

<span style="color: black; font-family: Arial">“<em>Và hôm nay, Mẹ
nói với chúng ta: “Đó cũng là thân phận của con, của các con, thân
phận của mọi người: sống thánh thiện như Cha chúng ta, vẹn tuyền như
anh Giêsu Kitô, làm những người con yêu, tất cả được nhận làm dưỡng
tử hầu làm thành một đại gia đình, không ranh giới quốc gia, màu da,
tiếng nói, vì chỉ có một Thiên Chúa là Cha của mọi người</em>”.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0" class="MsoNormal">
<span style="color: black; font-family: Arial">Đức Thánh Cha nói
tiếp: “<em>Ôi Mẹ Vô Nhiễm, Tạ ơn Mẹ đã luôn ở cùng chúng con!”. “Hãy
luôn canh giữ thành phố của chúng ta: bồi dưỡng các bệnh nhân, khích
lệ giới trẻ, đỡ nâng các gia đình. Hãy quảng bá sức mạnh: để đẩy lùi
sự dữ dưới mọi hình thức, và để chọn điều thiện, dù khi phải trả giá
và phải lội ngược dòng</em>”.</span></p>
