tại Pakistan bất mãn vì vụ sử trắng án một nhà giầu Hồi giáo, bị kết
án hãm hiếp và thảm sát một em gái Kitô giáo, theo báo cáo của hãng
thông tấn Fides của Bộ Rao Giảng Tin Mừng.<br>

Chaudhry Naeem bị kết án hãm hiếp và làm thiệt mạng Shazia Bashir,
một em bé gái Kitô giáo 12 tuổi.<br>
<br>
Hãng thông tấn Fides phúc trình ngày 27 tháng 11: Vợ và con của
Naeem, cũng bị kết án cùng với hắn vì đã ép buộc Shazia phải làm
việc như một đầy tớ trong nhà họ, và hành hạ đánh đập Shazia, nhưng
cũng được tòa xử trắng án. <br>

Tòa Sơ Thẩm tại Lahore đã tha cho tất cả gia đình, kết luận là thiếu
chứng cớ để buộc tội.<br>
<br>
Theo Fides, các giám nghiệm y khoa đã bị lọc lừa để trình bầy rằng
Shazia chết vì lý do tự nhiên, vì một loại “bệnh ngoài da,” và các
bằng cớ được gia đình Shazia dẫn chứng, bị toà án cho là không đầy
đủ.<br>

Naisr Saeed, giám đốc Trung Tâm Trợ Giúp Luật Pháp và Bồi Thường cho
hay: “Đối với gia đình của Shazia, công lý đã không được thực hiện.<br>

Đây không phải là lần đầu tiên, trong các trường hợp tương tự, kết
quả của việc phân xử khiến cho các công dân Hồi giáo có quyền thế
không bị trừng trị, mặc dù họ đã có những hành động ác độc đối với
những kitô hữu nghèo đói và yếu đuối," ông Naisr Saeed, giám đốc
Trung Tâm Trợ Giúp Luật Pháp và Bồi Thường cho hay như vậy. Trung
Tâm của ông cung cấp các dịch vụ trợ giúp về luật pháp miễn phí cho
các Kitô hữu người Pakistan, có văn phòng tại Luân Đôn và Lahore.
