Sinh ngày 03 tháng 5 năm 1934 tại Hướng Đạo, Kim Sơn, Ninh Bình.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-autospace: none; margin-top: 6px; margin-bottom: 0">
Thụ phong linh mục ngày 15 tháng 8 năm 1968.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-autospace: none; margin-top: 6px; margin-bottom: 0">
Là Linh mục thuộc Giáo phận Sài Gòn (gốc Phát Diệm) và nghỉ hưu tại Giáo
Sĩ Dưỡng Đường Đồng Công. Đã được Chúa gọi về vào lúc 01g30, Thứ Sáu,
ngày 26 tháng 8 năm 2011, sau 43 năm Linh mục.</p>

Hưởng thọ: 77 tuổi.</p>

Nghi thức nhập quan vào lúc 10g30 Thứ Sáu, ngày 26 tháng 8 năm 2011 tại
Dòng Đồng Công, Thủ Đức. Sau đó, linh cữu sẽ được quàn tại 130/4 Nghĩa
Phát, Phường 7, Quận Tân Bình, Tp. HCM và vào lúc 16 giờ 00 ngày 28
tháng 8 năm 2011, linh cữu sẽ được quàn tại Giáo Sĩ Dưỡng Đường Đồng
Công.</p>

Thánh lễ an táng được cử hành vào lúc 5g30 Thứ Hai, ngày 29 tháng 8 năm
2011. Tại Nhà Nguyện Dòng Đức Mẹ Đồng Công, số 521 Tỉnh lộ 43, P. Tam
Phú, Q. Thủ Đức, Tp. Hồ Chí Minh. Sau đó an táng tại nghĩa trang Dòng
Đồng Công.</p>
