color:#333333">1. Vào lúc bình mình của Năm Mới được Cha trên trời ban cho chúng
ta, một Năm Thánh theo tinh thần hy vọng, tôi xin gửi những lời chúc hòa
bình chân thành nhất đến với mọi người nam nữ, đặc biệt là những người
cảm thấy chán nản bởi hoàn cảnh sống của mình, bị lên án bởi những lỗi
lầm của mình, bị hủy diệt bởi xét đoán của người khác và không thể nhìn
thấy một tia hy vọng nào cho cuộc sống của chính mình. Tôi xin gửi đến
tất cả anh chị em niềm hy vọng và bình an, bởi vì đây là Năm Ân Sủng nảy
sinh từ Trái Tim của Đấng Cứu Chuộc!</span></p>

color:#333333">2. Trong năm 2025, Giáo hội Công giáo cử hành Năm Thánh, một sự
kiện đổ tràn đầy hy vọng trong các tâm hồn. “Năm Thánh” bắt nguồn từ một
truyền thống cổ xưa của người Do Thái, khi tiếng tù và (tiếng Do Thái
là <em style="box-sizing: border-box;outline: none"><span style="font-family:"Tahoma",sans-serif">yobel</span></em>)
vang lên mỗi bốn mươi chín năm một lần công bố một năm tha thứ và tự do
cho toàn thể dân tộc (xem Lv 25,10). Lời tuyên bố long trọng này lẽ ra
phải vang vọng cách lý tưởng cho toàn thế giới (xem Lv 25,9), để tái lập
sự công bằng của Thiên Chúa trong nhiều lĩnh vực khác nhau của đời sống:
trong việc sử dụng đất đai, trong việc sở hữu của cải, trong tương quan
với người khác, đặc biệt là với những người nghèo nhất và những người
gặp bất hạnh. Tiếng tù và nhắc nhở toàn thể dân tộc, người giàu cũng như
người nghèo, rằng không ai đến thế gian để bị áp bức: tất cả chúng ta là
anh chị em, con cùng một Cha, được sinh ra để sống tự do theo ý muốn của
Chúa (x. Lev 25,17.25.43.46.55).</span></p>

color:#333333">3. Ngay cả ngày nay, Năm Thánh vẫn là một sự kiện thúc đẩy chúng
ta tìm kiếm công lý giải phóng của Thiên Chúa trên thế giới của chúng
ta. Thay cho tiếng tù và, vào đầu Năm Ân Sủng này, chúng ta muốn lắng

trên trái đất (xem St 4,10), tiếng kêu mà Thiên Chúa không bao giờ ngừng
lắng nghe. Về phần chúng ta, chúng ta cảm thấy được mời gọi lên tiếng về
nhiều tình huống bóc lột đất đai và đàn áp người khác<a style="color: blue; text-decoration: underline; text-underline: single" href="https://tgpsaigon.net/bai-viet/su-diep-duc-thanh-cha-cho-ngay-hoa-binh-the-gioi-nam-2025-xin-tha-no-cho-chung-conxin-ban-binh-an-cua-ngai-cho-chung-con-76489#_ftn2"><span style="color:#428BCA">[2]</span></a>.
Những bất công này đôi khi mang dáng dấp của những điều mà Thánh Gioan
Phaolô II định nghĩa là “các cơ cấu tội lỗi”<a style="color: blue; text-decoration: underline; text-underline: single" href="https://tgpsaigon.net/bai-viet/su-diep-duc-thanh-cha-cho-ngay-hoa-binh-the-gioi-nam-2025-xin-tha-no-cho-chung-conxin-ban-binh-an-cua-ngai-cho-chung-con-76489#_ftn3"><span style="color:#428BCA">[3]</span></a>,
bởi vì chúng không chỉ do sự gian ác của một số người gây ra, mà có thể
nói là đã được củng cố và được hỗ trợ bởi sự đồng lõa rộng rãi.</span></p>

color:#333333">4. Mỗi người chúng ta phải cảm thấy một cách nào đó trách nhiệm
đối với sự tàn phá mà ngôi nhà chung của chúng ta phải gánh chịu, bắt
đầu từ những hành động, dù chỉ gián tiếp, thúc đẩy những xung đột đang
gây đau khổ cho nhân loại. Do đó, những thách thức mang tính hệ thống,
riêng biệt nhưng có mối liên hệ với nhau, được tạo ra và cùng nhau gây
đau khổ cho hành tinh của chúng ta<a style="color: blue; text-decoration: underline; text-underline: single" href="https://tgpsaigon.net/bai-viet/su-diep-duc-thanh-cha-cho-ngay-hoa-binh-the-gioi-nam-2025-xin-tha-no-cho-chung-conxin-ban-binh-an-cua-ngai-cho-chung-con-76489#_ftn4"><span style="color:#428BCA">[4]</span></a>.
Đặc biệt, tôi nghĩ đến mọi loại bất bình đẳng, đến cách đối xử vô nhân
đạo đối với người di cư, đến sự suy thoái môi trường, đến sự nhầm lẫn cố
ý được tạo ra bởi thông tin sai lệch, đến việc từ chối bất kỳ hình thức
đối thoại nào và đến nguồn lực to lớn được dành cho ngành công nghiệp
chiến tranh. Tất cả chúng đều là những yếu tố đe dọa cụ thể đến sự tồn
tại của toàn nhân loại. Vì vậy, vào đầu năm nay, chúng ta mong muốn lắng
nghe tiếng kêu này của nhân loại để tất cả chúng ta cảm thấy được mời
gọi, cùng nhau và cách cá nhân, phá vỡ xiềng xích bất công để công bố
công bình của Thiên Chúa. Một vài hành động từ thiện thôi thì không đủ.
Ngược lại, cần có những thay đổi về văn hóa và cấu trúc để có được sự
thay đổi lâu dài<a style="color: blue; text-decoration: underline; text-underline: single" href="https://tgpsaigon.net/bai-viet/su-diep-duc-thanh-cha-cho-ngay-hoa-binh-the-gioi-nam-2025-xin-tha-no-cho-chung-conxin-ban-binh-an-cua-ngai-cho-chung-con-76489#_ftn5"><span style="color:#428BCA">[5]</span></a>.</span></p>

sự thay đổi về văn hóa: tất cả chúng ta đều là những người mắc nợ</span></em></span></p>

color:#333333">5. Việc cử hành Năm Thánh mời gọi chúng ta thực hiện nhiều thay
đổi khác nhau để giải quyết tình trạng bất công và bất bình đẳng hiện
nay, đồng thời nhắc nhở chúng ta rằng của cải trên trái đất không chỉ
dành cho một số người có đặc quyền, nhưng dành cho tất cả mọi người<a style="color: blue; text-decoration: underline; text-underline: single" href="https://tgpsaigon.net/bai-viet/su-diep-duc-thanh-cha-cho-ngay-hoa-binh-the-gioi-nam-2025-xin-tha-no-cho-chung-conxin-ban-binh-an-cua-ngai-cho-chung-con-76489#_ftn6"><span style="color:#428BCA">[6]</span></a>.
Có thể hữu ích cho chúng ta khi nhớ lại những lời Thánh Basiliô thành
Xêdarê đã viết: "Nhưng hãy cho tôi biết, những thứ gì là của bạn? Bạn
lấy chúng từ đâu để biến chúng thành một phần cuộc sống của bạn? […]
Không phải bạn hoàn toàn trần trụi khi ra khỏi bụng mẹ sao? Bạn sẽ không
trở lại lòng đất trần trụi sao? Những gì bạn có hiện nay đến từ đâu? Nếu
bạn nói rằng nó đến từ sự ngẫu nhiên, bạn sẽ phủ nhận Thiên Chúa, không
nhìn nhận Đấng Tạo Hóa và bạn sẽ không biết ơn Đấng ban tặng"<a style="color: blue; text-decoration: underline; text-underline: single" href="https://tgpsaigon.net/bai-viet/su-diep-duc-thanh-cha-cho-ngay-hoa-binh-the-gioi-nam-2025-xin-tha-no-cho-chung-conxin-ban-binh-an-cua-ngai-cho-chung-con-76489#_ftn7"><span style="color:#428BCA">[7]</span></a>.
Khi lòng biết ơn không còn, chúng ta không nhận ra những hồng ân của
Thiên Chúa nữa. Trong lòng thương xót vô biên của Người, Chúa không bỏ
rơi những người phạm tội chống lại Người: trái lại, Người tái xác nhận <em style="box-sizing: border-box;outline: none"><span style="font-family:"Tahoma",sans-serif">món
quà </span></em>sự sống bằng <em style="box-sizing: border-box;
outline: none"><span style="font-family:"Tahoma",sans-serif">ơn tha
thứ</span></em>mang lại ơn cứu độ, được ban cho tất cả mọi người qua
Chúa Giêsu Kitô. Vì vậy, khi dạy chúng ta kinh Lạy Cha, Chúa Giêsu mời
gọi chúng ta cầu nguyện: “Xin tha nợ chúng con” (Mt 6,12).</span></p>

color:#333333">6. Khi chúng ta phớt lờ tương quan của mình với Chúa Cha, chúng
ta bắt đầu nuôi dưỡng ý nghĩ rằng tương quan với người khác có thể được
chi phối bởi logic bóc lột, trong đó kẻ mạnh hơn cho rằng mình có quyền
bắt nạt kẻ yếu hơn<a style="color: blue; text-decoration: underline; text-underline: single" href="https://tgpsaigon.net/bai-viet/su-diep-duc-thanh-cha-cho-ngay-hoa-binh-the-gioi-nam-2025-xin-tha-no-cho-chung-conxin-ban-binh-an-cua-ngai-cho-chung-con-76489#_ftn8"><span style="color:#428BCA">[8]</span></a>.
Giống như giới thượng lưu thời Chúa Giêsu, những kẻ lợi dụng nỗi đau khổ
của những người nghèo nhất, ngày nay cũng vậy, trong ngôi làng toàn cầu
được kết nối với nhau<a style="color: blue; text-decoration: underline; text-underline: single" href="https://tgpsaigon.net/bai-viet/su-diep-duc-thanh-cha-cho-ngay-hoa-binh-the-gioi-nam-2025-xin-tha-no-cho-chung-conxin-ban-binh-an-cua-ngai-cho-chung-con-76489#_ftn9"><span style="color:#428BCA">[9]</span></a>,
nếu không được thúc đẩy bởi tinh thần liên đới và phụ thuộc lẫn nhau, hệ
thống quốc tế sẽ tạo ra những bất công, làm trầm trọng thêm nạn tham
nhũng, những thứ khiến các nước nghèo mắc bẫy. Não trạng bóc lột con nợ
cũng mô tả cách tổng hợp cuộc “khủng hoảng nợ” hiện nay đang đè nặng một
số quốc gia, đặc biệt là các nước miền Nam bán cầu.</span></p>

color:#333333">7. Tôi không mệt mỏi nhắc lại rằng nợ nước ngoài đã trở thành một
công cụ kiểm soát, qua đó một số chính phủ và tổ chức tài chính tư nhân
ở các nước giàu nhất không ngần ngại khai thác bừa bãi nguồn nhân lực và
tài nguyên thiên nhiên của các nước nghèo nhất, nhằm đáp ứng các nhu cầu
thị trường của họ<a style="color: blue; text-decoration: underline; text-underline: single" href="https://tgpsaigon.net/bai-viet/su-diep-duc-thanh-cha-cho-ngay-hoa-binh-the-gioi-nam-2025-xin-tha-no-cho-chung-conxin-ban-binh-an-cua-ngai-cho-chung-con-76489#_ftn10"><span style="color:#428BCA">[10]</span></a>.
Thêm vào thực tế đó là nhiều dân tộc, vốn đã chịu gánh nặng nợ quốc tế,
lại bị buộc phải mang gánh nặng nợ sinh thái của các nước phát triển hơn<a style="color: blue; text-decoration: underline; text-underline: single" href="https://tgpsaigon.net/bai-viet/su-diep-duc-thanh-cha-cho-ngay-hoa-binh-the-gioi-nam-2025-xin-tha-no-cho-chung-conxin-ban-binh-an-cua-ngai-cho-chung-con-76489#_ftn11"><span style="color:#428BCA">[11]</span></a>.
Nợ sinh thái và nợ nước ngoài là hai mặt của cùng một đồng tiền, của não
trạng bóc lột này, mà đỉnh điểm là cuộc khủng hoảng nợ<a style="color: blue; text-decoration: underline; text-underline: single" href="https://tgpsaigon.net/bai-viet/su-diep-duc-thanh-cha-cho-ngay-hoa-binh-the-gioi-nam-2025-xin-tha-no-cho-chung-conxin-ban-binh-an-cua-ngai-cho-chung-con-76489#_ftn12"><span style="color:#428BCA">[12]</span></a>.
Theo tinh thần của Năm Thánh này, tôi mời gọi cộng đồng quốc tế thực
hiện các hành động để xóa nợ nước ngoài, thừa nhận sự tồn tại của món nợ
sinh thái giữa miền Bắc và miền Nam thế giới. Đây là lời kêu gọi liên
đới, nhưng trên hết là lời kêu gọi công bằng<a style="color: blue; text-decoration: underline; text-underline: single" href="https://tgpsaigon.net/bai-viet/su-diep-duc-thanh-cha-cho-ngay-hoa-binh-the-gioi-nam-2025-xin-tha-no-cho-chung-conxin-ban-binh-an-cua-ngai-cho-chung-con-76489#_ftn13"><span style="color:#428BCA">[13]</span></a>.</span></p>

color:#333333">8. Sự thay đổi về văn hóa và cơ cấu để vượt qua cuộc khủng hoảng
này sẽ diễn ra khi cuối cùng chúng ta nhận ra mình là con của Chúa Cha
và chúng ta thú nhận rằng tất cả chúng ta đều là những kẻ mắc nợ Người,
nhưng chúng ta cũng cần nhau, theo tinh thần trách nhiệm chung và đa
dạng. Chúng ta sẽ có thể khám phá "một lần cho mãi mãi rằng chúng ta cần

sủng và lòng thương xót vô tận cho mọi người. Như Giáo phụ Isaac thành
Ninivê, một Giáo phụ của Giáo hội Đông phương sống vào thế kỷ thứ bảy,
đã viết: "Lạy Chúa, tình yêu của Ngài lớn hơn những tội lỗi của con.
Sóng biển chẳng là gì so với vô số tội lỗi của con, nhưng khi được đặt
lên bàn cân và được cân bằng tình yêu của Ngài, chúng tan biến như không

một chút vào đầu năm nay để suy ngẫm về ân sủng mà qua đó Chúa tha thứ
tội lỗi và mọi món nợ của chúng ta, để tâm hồn chúng ta được tràn ngập

color:#333333">10. Khi dạy chúng ta cầu nguyện bằng “Kinh Lạy Cha”, Chúa Giêsu
bắt đầu bằng cách xin Chúa Cha tha thứ tội lỗi của chúng ta, nhưng ngay
lập tức chuyển sang những lời đầy thách đố: “như chúng con cũng tha thứ
cho những kẻ xúc phạm chúng con”. (xem Mt 6,12). Thực ra, để tha nợ cho
người khác và trao cho họ niềm hy vọng, cuộc sống của chúng ta cần phải
tràn đầy niềm hy vọng đến từ lòng thương xót của Thiên Chúa. Niềm hy
vọng tràn đầy cách quảng đại, không tính toán, giúp đỡ mà không quan tâm
người nợ có trả lại được không, không quan tâm đến lợi ích riêng của
mình, nhưng chỉ có một mục tiêu duy nhất: nâng dậy những người đã vấp
ngã, chữa lành những trái tim tan vỡ, giải phóng khỏi mọi hình thức nô

một hành động từ thiện đơn lẻ, có nguy cơ lại gây ra một vòng luẩn quẩn
của tài chính và nợ nần, cần đồng thời phải phát triển một cơ cấu tài
chính mới, hướng tới việc tạo ra Hiến chương tài chính toàn cầu dựa trên
sự liên đới và hòa hợp giữa các dân tộc.</span></p>

vọng sẽ có thể thấy mục tiêu hòa bình được chờ đợi từ lâu đang đến gần
hơn bao giờ hết. Tác giả Thánh Vịnh hứa với chúng ta rằng “tín nghĩa ân
tình sẽ hội ngộ, hòa bình công lý sẽ giao duyên” (Tv 85,11). Khi tôi từ
bỏ việc dùng nợ nần như thứ vũ khí để điều khiển người khác và khôi phục
lại con đường hy vọng cho một người anh chị em, tôi góp phần vào việc
tái lập công lý của Thiên Chúa trên trái đất này và tôi cùng với người
đó lên đường hướng tới mục tiêu hòa bình. Như Thánh Gioan XXIII đã nói,
hòa bình thực sự sẽ chỉ có thể được sinh ra từ một trái tim "được giải
