Mừng lễ Mẹ Mân côi, chúng ta cùng nhau tìm hiểu về những tình cảm Mẹ đã
dành cho tuổi thơ. Trước hết chúng ta sẽ đưa ra một vài sự kiện lịch sử.</span></p>

Sự kiện thứ nhất, đó là biến cố Lộ Đức.</span></i></b></p>

Tại đây Mẹ đã hiện ra với một cô bé mười bốn tuổi, tên là Bernadette. Mẹ
bảo cô bé lần hạt và Mẹ cùng đọc với cô bé kinh Lạy Cha và kinh Sáng
Danh. Đồng thời, Mẹ còn tỏ cho chúng ta thấy Mẹ là Đấng Vô Nhiễm Nguyên
Tội.</span></p>

Sự kiện thứ hai, đó là biến cố Fatima.</span></i></b></p>

Tại đây Mẹ đã hiện ra với ba em nhỏ : Lucia mười tuổi, Giaxinta bảy tuổi
và Phanxicô bảy tuổi. Đồng thời, qua ba em nhỏ này, Mẹ đã gửi đến mỗi
người chúng ta ba mệnh lệnh : Hãy tôn sùng trái tim Mẹ, hãy cải thiện
đời sống và hãy siêng năng lần hạt Mân côi.</span></p>

Qua hai sự kiện trên, chúng ta nhận thấy Mẹ Maria rất yêu thương trẻ thơ
và đã chọn các em làm sứ giả để chuyển đạt cho thế giới những sứ điệp
của Mẹ. Mẹ đã dùng các em để làm nên những việc trọng đại.</span></p>

Bởi vì kể từ đó cho đến ngày hôm nay, Lộ Đức và Phatima đã trở nên những
nơi hành hương sầm uất nhất của Giáo hội và cũng tại hai nơi này, Mẹ đã
ban xuống biết bao nhiêu ơn lành hồn xác.</span></p>

Với kết luận trên, chúng ta liên tưởng tới lời kinh Magnificat của Mẹ
ngày xưa, trong đó Mẹ đã xác quyết :</span></p>

- Chúa hạ bệ những ai quyền thế và nâng cao những người phận nhỏ.</span></p>

Thực vậy, nếu ngày xưa Chúa đã chọn Mẹ từ một nữ tì nhỏ bé tầm thường để
trở nên Mẹ của Đấng Cứu thế, Mẹ của Thiên Chúa, thì giờ đây Mẹ cũng chọn
những em bé đơn sơ để làm nên những việc trọng đại.</span></p>

Nếu ngày xưa Chúa đã yêu thương các trẻ nhỏ, bởi vì các em vừa đơn sơ và
trong trắng, lại vừa tin tưởng và phó thác, thì bây giờ Mẹ cũng đã dành
cho các em một tình yêu thương đậm đà, bởi vì các em đã mau mắn và quảng
đại đáp trả lời khuyên nhủ của Mẹ.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0">
<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial,sans-serif">
Bernadette đã lần hạt với Mẹ và sau này vào tu trong một nhà dòng, sống
một cuộc đời đạo đức và thánh thiện. Còn ba em nhỏ ở Phatima cũng thế.</span></p>

Mẹ bảo :</span></p>

- Phanxicô sẽ được lên thiên đàng nhưng phải lần hạt nhiều trước đã.</span></p>

Và Phanxicô đã thưa lên :</span></p>

- Lạy Mẹ, Mẹ muốn con lần hạt bao nhiêu cũng được.</span></p>

Từ đó, không những lần hạt với hai em kia, mà cậu bé còn lần hạt riêng
một mình nữa. Lắm khi đang chơi với bạn, cậu bé lẻn đi lần hạt. Được hỏi
tại sao thì cậu bé trả lời :</span></p>

- Đức Mẹ bảo em phải lần hạt nhiều cơ mà.</span></p>

Còn Giaxintha cũng vậy. Sau khi được Đức Mẹ hiện ra, em đã về nhà và nói
với má :</span></p>

- Má à, hôm nay con đã được nhìn thấy Đức Mẹ.</span></p>

Bà mẹ bảo :</span></p>

- Con đã là thánh đâu mà được nhìn thấy Đức Mẹ.</span></p>

Rồi em xin phép má đi lần hạt với anh Phanxicô, bởi vì Đức Mẹ bảo:</span></p>

- Chúng con phải lần hạt mỗi ngày.</span></p>

Nhất là Lucia, em thường đứng lên lần hạt mỗi khi Đức Mẹ hiện ra. Sau
khi được ơn nhìn thấy Đức Mẹ, em gia nhập phong trào Phatima để cùng với
mọi người chống lại với những kẻ ghét đạo. Em cũng thường lần hạt chung
với mọi người để suy gẫm về Chúa Giêsu và Mẹ Maria. Sau cùng, em đã dâng
hiến trọn cuộc đời mình trong dòng kín.</span></p>

Chúng ta cũng vậy, như các em nhỏ, chúng ta hãy quảng đại đáp lại lời
kêu mời của Mẹ bằng cách siêng năng đọc kinh Mân Côi và cố gắng thực thi
tinh thần kinh Mân Côi trong cuộc sống, để chúng ta xứng đáng với tình
yêu thương của Mẹ.</span></td>
