loại</b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify">Trước hết, Đức Giêsu Kitô,
Người Thầy của hòa bình và hiệp nhất, đã không muốn lời cầu nguyện mang tính
cá nhân và riêng tư, như thể chúng ta chỉ cầu nguyện cho riêng mình. Chúng
ta không nói: "Lạy Cha của con ở trên trời" lại càng không nói "Xin cho con
lương thực hằng ngày". Mỗi người không xin chỉ cho riêng mình những ơn lành
Chúa ban, khỏi sa chước cám dỗ và được cứu khỏi mọi sự dữ. Lời cầu của chúng
ta cần hướng đến toàn thể cộng đoàn và nhân loại, và khi cầu nguyện, chúng
ta không cầu xin cho chính chúng ta nhưng cho mọi dân tộc, bởi vì chúng ta,
một dân tộc trên khắp hoàn cầu, được nên một trong Đức Kitô.</p>
