<b><font size="3">Chỗ rốt hết</font></b></p>

<font size="3">Thái độ của các khách dự tiệc khiến cho Chúa Giêsu phải
đưa ra lời nhận xét đầu tiên. Người chỉ ra sự tính toán xâu xa của họ.
Họ vội vàng ngồi vào những hàng ghế nhất mà quên một điều họ có thể bị
buộc phải di chuyển đến những vị trí cuối cùng. Tốt hơn hết là hãy ngồi
ở những chỗ sau cùng để được mời lên những vị trí đầu. Không một ai trả
lời Đức Giêsu khi Người đưa ra lời nhận xét thứ hai dành cho chủ nhà là
người đứng đầu nhóm Pharisêu. Người khuyên ông ta đừng chờ đợi sự đáp lễ
khi mời khách. Cách tốt nhất là hãy mời những người không có gì để trả
lại. Thế nhưng, ông sẽ được đáp lễ vào ngày những người công chính sống
lại.</font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0">
<font size="3">Kết luận của Chúa Giêsu mang màu sắc của một câu châm
ngôn: "Ai tôn mình lên sẽ bị hạ xuống; ai hạ mình xuống sẽ được tôn
lên". "Tự hạ mình" và "tôn lên": hai động từ này không mang nghĩa chung
chung. Các Kitô hữu áp dụng hai động từ này cho Chúa Giêsu, Đấng được
sinh ra để làm tôi tớ. Người đã sống lại, được tán dương và ngự bên hữu
Chúa Cha. Chúa Giêsu đã hạ mình xuống và đã được nâng lên. Người trở nên
gần gũi với những ai khốn khổ bần cùng nhất. Vậy nên, thánh sử Luca đưa
Chúa Giêsu vào trong ví dụ. Các môn đệ cũng đi theo những bước chân của
Thầy mình, và chọn cuộc sống như Chúa để trở nên những người phục vụ.</font></p>
