Chúa Thánh Thần luôn ở đó để giúp ta có đủ khôn ngoan để nói về Thiên Chúa. Chúa Thánh Thần ban cho ta một niềm tin vững chắc, dành cho những ai lãnh nhận bí tích rửa tội, trở nên con cái Thiên Chúa, một sự bảo đảm chắc chắn và toàn diện để có thể loan báo về Chúa Giêsu. Niềm tin này là cần thiết, cơ bản và không thể thiếu. Chúa Giêsu sai các môn đệ đi rao giảng Tin Mừng từng hai người một.
