do khiến nhiều người ngoại tình. Một đôi khi (không phải
là luôn luôn) nhu cầu sinh lý không được thỏa mãn cũng
là lý do dẫn đến ngoại tình. Trên ¾ tức 77% những người
tham dự khảo cứu cho biết rằng việc đói khát, thiếu thốn
tình yêu từ người phối ngẫu, ngược lại với sự đáp trả
nhiệt tình của người ngoài cuộc là lý do chính và mạnh
mẽ dẫn đến ngoại tình. Thêm vào đó tâm lý “ăn chơi ngon
hơn ăn thật” vô tình đã khiến những người ngoại tình bị
thu hút và lún sâu vào con đường yêu đương sai trái này.</span></font></p>

tình vì dục vọng? Không mấy ai chấp nhận điều này, mặc
dù khoảng 1/3 những người tham dự cuộc khảo cứu, tương
đương với 32% đã xác nhận lý do ngoại tình của họ là vì
dục vọng. Có thể đây là tâm lý muốn thử nghiệm “của lạ”,
bị thách thức bởi bạn bè, hoặc cũng có thể là hình thức
trao đổi tình dục mà họ cảm thấy lạ, hấp dẫn và thu hút.

cuộc khảo sát về những lý do dẫn đến ly dị và ngoại tình
vừa được nêu ở trên, phần đông những cặp vợ chồng gặp
khó khăn, khủng hoảng trong hôn nhân mà có ý định ly dị
đã đổ lỗi cho nhau về nhiều vấn đề, nhưng khó khăn và
khủng hoảng mà đa số thường dấu hoặc ngại ngùng không
muốn nói, đặc biệt là phái nam, đó là đời sống chăn gối.
Để che dấu, hoặc dối mình, họ luôn luôn tránh né vấn đề
bằng câu: “Tôi hết yêu rồi”, hoặc “tôi không còn cảm
giác yêu thương người đó nữa. Tim tôi đã chết!” Nếu
trong hôn nhân, tình yêu là yếu tố chính để gắn bó và
liên kết hai người lại mà không còn nữa, trái tim họ đã
chết, đã ngưng đập một cách tâm lý, thì mối tình ấy, hôn
nhân ấy quả là đang gặp thử thách. Tuy nhiên, đối với
những ai đã từng có kinh nghiệm về hướng dẫn hoặc hàn
gắn những đổ vỡ của hôn nhân, gia đình đều biết rất rõ,
những lời nói ấy chỉ là ngụy biện nhằm che dấu một sự
thật. Sự thật ấy là nếu trái tim người này chết với vợ
hoặc với chồng thì lại đang đập một cách mãnh liệt với
một hình bóng khác. Nói một cách khác, họ đã và đang
ngoại tình: ngoại tình trong tư tưởng, hoặc ngoại tình
bằng hành động.</span></font></p>

vào ngoại tình thì trước mắt họ lúc bấy giờ người chồng
hay người vợ rất đáng ghét, đáng khinh, đáng coi thường.
Người này có làm cái gì tốt mấy đi nữa cũng chỉ là những
việc tầm thường, không có giá trị, và không đáng quan

người ngoại tình đã tâm sự và khoe với bạn: “Mình đang
gặp một người mà người đó rất tâm lý, tế nhị, hiểu, và
đem lại cho mình những giây phút hết sức thoải mái, hạnh
phúc. Mình có cảm tưởng như con cá trong vũng bùn, trong
chiếc ao tù mà nay được bơi lượn, được vẫy vùng giữa một
đại dương bao la trong mát.” Chính trong lúc đang bơi
lượn giữa đại dương hạnh phúc như vậy, thì người này đã
lạnh lùng nói với người chồng của mình: “Tim tôi đã
chết!” Và cái kết là một gia đình tan vỡ!!! Nhưng cũng
như nhiều trường hợp khác, con người tưởng như đã tìm
được hạnh phúc ấy, sau một thời gian vùng vẫy, giờ đây
