hoạt nhóm, khi anh chị em đang trao đổi với nhau về cách thức
hành đạo và sống đạo, đặc biệt nhấn mạnh đến việc tham dự thánh

ta ở trong Chúa. Thắc mắc của anh mang ý nghĩa vừa tâm linh vừa
thực tế trong đời sống đạo. Tuy nhiên trong nhóm ai cũng e dè
không dám góp ý, vì thực tế là nhiều tín hữu vẫn thường xuyên
tham dự thánh lễ và rước lễ mỗi ngày, nhưng có mấy người để ý
đến thực tại tinh thần như vậy. Và câu hỏi ấy vẫn luẩn quẩn
trong đầu tôi. Nó thôi thúc tôi cần phải tìm ra câu trả lời
không những cho anh mà còn cho chính tôi.</span></p>

bí tích khác cũng như mọi thừa tác vụ trong Hội Thánh, và các

Piô X nói: “Các Thiên thần phải ghen với chúng ta vì chúng ta
được rước lễ”. Ngài đã hạ thấp tuổi rước lễ lần đầu xuống bảy
tuổi, vì muốn Chúa Giêsu ngự vào lòng thanh sạch các trẻ em,
chúng còn giống như các thiên thần. Còn thánh Mađalêna Sophi
Barat định nghĩa rước lễ là “Thiên đàng trần thế”. Chính vì vậy,
các thánh như Phanxicô Assisi, Catarina Siena, Paschal Baylon,
Veronica Alacoque, Đaminh Saviô, và Gemma Galani… luôn khao khát
được rước lễ. Không những chỉ có các ngài, mà toàn thể các thánh
cũng như mọi tâm hồn đạo đức đều tha thiết, ao ước để được kết

Công Giáo, “sự hiện diện thật sự của Chúa Kitô trong Bí Tích
Thánh Thể không chấm dứt lập tức ngay khi chúng ta rước lễ. Sách
Giáo lý giải thích rằng, “Chúa Kitô hiện diện trong Thánh Thể
bắt đầu từ lúc truyền phép và kéo dài bao lâu hình bánh rượu còn
tồn tại (GLCG 1377). Đây là sự hiện diện bí tích, sự hiện diện
của “mình và máu, cùng với linh hồn và thần tính của Chúa Giêsu
Kitô được ẩn chứa cách rõ ràng, chân thật và bản thể.” (Số 1374)</span></p>

phút, cho đến khi bánh đó được tiêu hóa. Nhưng điều này không có

ta ở trong Chúa. Đối với những tâm hồn thánh thiện và có niềm
tin vào Phép Thánh Thể thì việc được ở trước Chúa khi một mình
âm thầm bên nhà tạm, hay được tham dự thánh lễ và được rước lễ
là những giờ phút hạnh phúc nhất. Để chuẩn bị cho những thời
khắc này, có những vị thánh tự cho mình bất xứng rước Chúa vào
lòng nên các ngài đã phải sửa soạn linh hồn mình bằng cách lo
xưng tội. Thánh Hugô, Tôma Aquinô, Phanxicô Salêsiô, Ignatiô,
Carôlô Boromeô, Giuse Cupertinô, Leonarđô Maurice xưng tội
hằng ngày trước khi dâng lễ Misa. </span></p>

Thể hiện diện trong mỗi người tùy thuộc vào sự tiêu hóa của từng
người và tùy vào từng lứa tuổi. Lâu hay chóng. 5, 10 hay 15 phút
sau rước lễ chỉ là thời gian mang tính cách vật lý, dựa trên
tiến trình sinh học. Điều này phù hợp với lối giải thích của
Giáo Lý khi cho rằng sự hiện diện của Chúa Kitô “kéo dài bao lâu
Thánh Thể còn tồn tại”.</span></p>

xác Ngài không còn hiện diện trong ta sau một thời gian rước lễ,
nhưng sự kết hợp mật thiết giữa ta và Ngài vẫn tồn tại như sự
kết hợp giữa Ngài và Chúa Cha. Chúa Giêsu đã trả lời cho Phillip
khi ông thắc mắc về điều này: “Con không tin rằng Thầy ở trong
Cha và Cha ở trong Thầy sao?” (Gioan 14:10).</span></p>

trọng là chúng ta hãy dành thời giờ sau khi rước lễ để thờ lạy,
yêu mến, và tâm sự với Chúa Giêsu. Hãy cùng Mẹ Maria, triều thần
thánh cảm tạ vì hồng ân Ngài ở trong ta, và ta được ở trong
Ngài. Đây là thời gian hết sức đặc biệt đối với những linh hồn
