Tạ ơn LTXC đã hiện diện và tỏ hiện qua chuyến Hành hương Thống hối của ĐTC Phanxico ở Canada suốt tuần vừa rồi, 24-30/7/2022.
Vì trọng tâm của chuyến đi này nhắm vào dân bản địa, nên 2 ngày đầu, Thứ hai 25 và Thứ ba 26, ngài đã gặp gỡ họ ở Edmonton miền Tây Canada,
và ngày cuối cùng, Thứ Sáu 29, ngài gặp họ nữa tại Inuit ở miền Đông bắc Canada, nơi ngài gặp cả giới trẻ với giới lão thành,

Vẫn biết chúng ta, một số ít đại diện chung THĐC hải ngoại, đích thân Về nguồn Đồng Công và Truyền giáo Đồng Công,

Trong sứ điệp được Đức tổng giám mục Paul Richard Gallagher, Ngoại trưởng Toà Thánh, đọc tại cuộc họp đầu tiên ở Vienna của các quốc gia thành viên Hiệp ước Cấm vũ khí hạt nhân, Đức Thánh Cha lặp lời kêu gọi chấm dứt chiến tranh và các nguyên nhân của xung đột, đồng thời tái khẳng định rằng việc sử dụng, thậm chí là sở hữu vũ khí hạt nhân, là trái đạo đức.Hiệp ước, nhắm đạt được và duy trì một thế giới không có vũ khí hạt nhân, có hiệu lực vào tháng 1/2021. Cho đến nay, đã có 86 quốc gia ký và 65 quốc gia phê chuẩn hoặc gia nhập Hiệp ước, mặc dù không có quốc gia nào sở hữu vũ khí hạt nhân làm như vậy.
