Mщa Chay nаy mời gọi chъng ta chiкm ngắm Chъa Giкsu <em>biến
hмnh</em> trкn nъi</span>, trước mặt ba mфn đệ của Người
(cf Mk 9:2-10). <span style="color: rgb(128, 0, 0)">Trước
đу нt lвu, Chъa Giкsu đг loan bбo rằng Người sẽ chịu
nhiều đau khổ, bị ruồng bỏ vа bị giết chết ở Giкrusalem.</span> Chъng
ta cу thể tượng tượng thấy những gм bấy giờ cần phải xẩy
ra trong tвm can của thаnh phần bạn hữu của Người, những
người bạn thвn thiết, những người mфn đệ nаy của Người,
ở chỗ, <span style="color: rgb(128, 0, 0)">hмnh ảnh của
một Đấng Thiкn Sai</span> quyền năng vа vinh thắng <span
style="color: rgb(128, 0, 0)">bị đảo lộn,</span> khiến cбc mộng ước của họ
tan biến mất, vа họ cảm thấy một nỗi thảm sầu, khi nghĩ
đến lъc Vị Thаy mа họ tin tưởng sẽ bị giết chết như một
tкn đệ nhất gian бc. <span
style="color: rgb(128, 0, 0)">Chнnh vаo lъc ấy, lъc tвm hồn trаn ngập thảm
sầu như vậy mа Chъa Giкsu đг kкu gọi Phкrф, Giacфbк vа

Phъc Вm viết: "Người đг đưa họ lкn nъi" (v.2). Trong
Thбnh Kinh, <span style="color: rgb(128, 0, 0)">nъi bao
giờ cũng cу một э nghĩa đặc biệt</span>: nу lа một nơi
cao, <span style="color: rgb(128, 0, 0)">nơi trời đất
giao chạm</span>, nơi Moisen vа cбc tiкn tri đг cу được
cảm nghiệm phi thường trong việc gặp gỡ Thiкn Chъa. <span
style="color: rgb(128, 0, 0)">Việc leo nъi lа để đến gần với Thiкn Chъa
hơn</span>. Chъa Giкsu lкn đỉnh nъi với 3 người mфn đệ
vа cбc ngаi dừng lại ở đỉnh ngọn nъi ấy. Ở đвy Người đг
biến hмnh trước mặt cбc vị. <span
style="color: rgb(128, 0, 0)">Dung nhan của Người rạng ngời vа бo của
Người tỏa sбng, những gм ngưỡng vọng về hмnh ảnh của
Đấng Phục Sinh, cống hiến cho những con người bị khiếp
sợ ấy <em>thứ бnh sбng</em>, thứ бnh sбng của niềm hy
vọng, thứ бnh sбng <em>để vượt qua tối tăm</em></span>:
cбi chết khфng phải lа những gм kết thъc hết mọi sự, vм
nу sẽ mở ra cho vinh quang Phục Sinh. Bởi thế, <span

với Chъa trкn nъi nаy lа ngаi cảm thấy được "nỗi ngưỡng
vọng" бnh sбng nаy ở tвm điểm của Mщa Chay. Nу lа một
lời mời gọi hгy nhắc nhở bản thвn mмnh, nhất lа khi
chъng ta trải qua một cơn thử thбch khу khăn nаo đу - vа
nhiều người trong anh chị em nếm được những gм khi trải
qua một cuộc thử thбch khу khăn - rằng <span
style="color: rgb(128, 0, 0)">Chъa đг phục sinh vа khфng để cho tối tăm cу

Đфi khi xẩy ra những lъc tối tăm nơi đời sống riкng tư,

tнnh của chъng ta cщng với những qui chuẩn của thế giới

cũng được kкu gọi leo nъi để chiкm ngưỡng vẻ đẹp của
Đấng Phục Sinh, Đấng thắp lкn những tia sбng le lуi nơi
hết mọi gуc cạnh của cuộc đời chъng ta, vа giъp chъng ta
dẫn giải lịch sử bắt đầu bằng chiến thắng vượt qua của
Người.</span></p>

Tuy nhiкn, chъng ta hгy cẩn thận, ở chỗ, <span

trạng lười biếng thiкng liкng</em>. </span>Chъng ta
khфng thể nаo ở trкn nъi để hoan hưởng về đẹp của cuộc
gặp gỡ nаy một mмnh, <span
style="color: rgb(128, 0, 0)">chнnh Chъa Giкsu đưa chъng ta trở lại đồng
bằng, giữa anh chị em của chъng ta vа đi vаo cuộc sống
thường nhật.</span> Chъng ta cần phải nhận thức về tвm
trạng lười biếng thiкng liкng nаy: chъng tфi tốt rồi,
chъng tфi cầu nguyện vа tham dự phụng vụ, chъng tфi chỉ
cần cу thế lа đủ. Khфng! <span
style="color: rgb(128, 0, 0)">Việc lкn nъi khфng phải lа để quкn thực tại;
việc cầu nguyện khфng bao giờ mang э nghĩa trбnh lбnh
những khốn khу trong cuộc đời; бnh sбng đức tin khфng
nhắm đến chỗ cung cấp những cảm giбc thiкng liкng mỹ
miều</span>. Khфng, đу khфng phải lа sứ điệp của Chъa

kкu gọi cảm nghiệm cuộc gặp gỡ với Chъa Kitф, để rồi,
được бnh sбng của Người chiếu soi, chъng ta cу thể nhận
được бnh sбng nаy mа tỏa sбng khắp nơi.</span> Hгy thắp
lкn những tia sбng trong lтng người; hгy lа những ngọn
đиn nho nhỏ của Phъc Вm chiếu soi một chъt yкu thương vа
hy vọng nаo đу: đấy lа sứ vụ của người Kitф hữu.</p>
