gọi sỏi tiết niệu là chứng: sa lâm, thạch lâm hoặc cát lâm, gồm các
triệu chứng chủ yếu: đau bụng, đau lưng, tiểu tiện ra máu, tiểu tiện
khó... Nguyên nhân do thấp nhiệt kết ở hạ tiêu, làm cặn nước tiểu đọng
lại, nhỏ gọi là sa, to gọi là thạch. Sa và thạch làm trở ngại đến việc
bài tiết nước tiểu gây ra tiểu tiện khó, ứ lại gây đau. Thấp nhiệt còn
gây sốt, huyết ứ trệ gây chảy máu.</font></span></p>

hết được sỏi; chống tái phát; chức năng của thận bình thường hoặc tổn
thương nhẹ, sỏi thường một bên; bệnh nhân không chịu nổi phẫu thuật vì
tuổi cao, thể trạng suy.</span></font></p>

Thể thấp nhiệt:</font></strong></p>

nhân: do ăn nhiều các thức ăn cay nóng béo ngọt hoặc nghiện rượu lâu
ngày gây nên thấp nhiệt, thấp nhiệt lâu ngày làm cho cặn trong nước tiểu
tụ thành sỏi.</span></font></p>

mộc thông 9g, biển súc 12g, hoạt thạch 15g, sơn chi 12g, kim tiền thảo
30g, kê nội kim 9g, tiên hạc thảo 15g, xa tiền tử 15g, cù mạch 12g, đại
hoàn 6g (cho vào sau), sơn chi 12g, cam thảo 6g, kim tiền thảo 30g, hải
kim sa 15g, kê nội kim 8g, hoa hòe 10g, tiên hạc thảo 15g.</span></font></p>

Thể can uất khí trệ:</font></strong></p>

nhân: do tinh thần không thư thái, cáu giận tổn thương can, gây nên can
uất khí trệ, khí trệ không tuyên thông uất hóa hỏa, hỏa uất ở hạ tiêu,
ảnh hưởng khí hóa của bàng quang, mà dẫn tới tiểu tiện khó, đau, tiểu
không hết bãi.</span></font></p>

Thể thận âm hư suy:</font></strong></p>

ngày không khỏi, thấp nhiệt gây hao thương chính khí, hoặc tuổi già,
bệnh lâu ngày cơ thể bị hư nhược, hoặc tiên thiên bất túc, lao lực quá
độ, dẫn tới thận âm suy hư, âm hư hỏa vượng, hư hỏa bức huyết vong hành
gây nên tiểu tiện ra máu.</span></font></p>

12g, thục địa 12g, trạch tả 12g, kê nội kim 9g, mộc thông 9g, cam thảo
6g, đương quy 12g, hoàng bá 12g, sơn thù 6g, kim thiền thảo 30g, hải kim
sa 15g, xa tiền tử 15g, hoàng kỳ 15g. Sắc uống ngày một thang chia 3
lần.</span></font></p>

điểm cần lưu ý trong quá trình điều trị: Uống nhiều nước: 1.500 -
3.000ml trong thời gian điều trị; Điều chỉnh pH nước tiểu duy trì ở mức
5 - 7; Sỏi urat: hạn chế ăn thịt, làm nước tiểu kiềm bằng uống thêm
bicacbonat; Sỏi oxalat: hạn chế ăn cua ốc cá; Sỏi photphat: hạn chế ăn
trứng sữa, làm nước tiểu toan bằng uống cam chanh.</span></font><p style="text-align: justify; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0" class="MsoNormal">
